As is often the case with family-friendly hotels, be prepared for some noise, which is quite normal given the target audience. The hotel's location is undoubtedly a strong point, providing excellent access to the surrounding area and activities. However, there are areas that could be improved. The breakfast selection was rather limited and could benefit from a wider variety of options to cater to different tastes. A significant issue during our stay was the condition of the room. Unfortunately, the sink in our bathroom had a large, noticeable crack. This is something that definitely needs to be addressed by the hotel to ensure rooms are well-maintained. Additionally, the in-room amenities were basic, and adding a few more conveniences would enhance the guest experience.

우리는 1/2 보드를 활용하여 "그루폰" 쿠폰 덕분에 며칠간의 짧은 휴가 동안 이 시설에 머물렀습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었지만 저녁 메뉴에는 선택의 여지가 없었습니다. 첫 번째 코스, 두 번째 코스, 그리고 이미 준비된 반찬... 정확하게는 최소한의 선택도 불가능합니다. 객실의 큰 결함은 카펫입니다. 위생이 최고는 아닙니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했고, 도시의 소음과 빛으로부터 벗어나고 싶은 사람들에게 위치는 환상적이었습니다.

Superb hotel with excellent bar, restaurant and friendly staff. Food and wine were of great quality. Breakfast set us up nicely for our onward journey. Wellness area was not available and no staff to remedy. Only downside was bed is rock hard felt like I was sleeping on a stone floor.

Io mio marito e nostro figlio di 4 anni abbiamo trascorso un gradevole soggiorno per il weekend del 7 e 8 dicembre.struttura carina,tenuta bene,curata ,tipica del Trentino.la cucina buonissima,sia la cena che la colazione ,tutto ottimo,l unica pecca che devo scrivere è il riscaldamento. hotel non caldissimo e al nostro arrivo la camera era fredda e ci ha impiegato parecchie ore a raggiungere una temperatura sufficientemente adeguata.peccato per il riscaldamento che non era abbastanza forte quando fuori c'erano meno 7° per il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene,sopratutto per la posizione,a 10 km dal centro di Vipiteno dove abbiamo ammirato i famosi mercatini di Natale e di fronte agli impianti sciistici.

Un vrai bel hôtel, calme, doté d'un bar très appréciable et pas cher. Qualité des plats remarquée, notamment les poissons, même si le buffet d'entrée est un peu simple. Desserts très bons. Employés très disponibles. Chambres impeccables, avec grand balcon.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con una gita in occasione dei mercatini di Natale. Che dire? Complimenti all'organizzatore che ha scelto questo piccolo paradiso. Cibo delizioso e tipico. Colazione abbondante e ricca. Atmosfera super essendo circondati da piste da sci. Una menzione particolare alle camere dell'hotel situate nella struttura centrale: caldissime. La notte abbiamo dormite solamente con la maglia del pigiama. Pulizia ottima e personale cordiale. Mi sento di consigliarlo assolutamente
