무슨 말을 해야 할까요.... 정말 감사합니다! 한달만에 두번째 방문....첫번째가 너무 좋았어요! 주차장에서 넘어졌어요 - 내 잘못이에요! 몇 초 만에 매니저가 또 다른 사랑스러운 직원과 함께 내 옆에 섰습니다! 그들은 잊혀지지 않는 도움을 제공하면서 이보다 더 놀라울 수 없었습니다. 제가 넘어진 사실을 이미 알고 있었던 Red Level 리셉션의 사랑스러운 여성분들과 체크인을 했습니다... 저는 괜찮았지만 진정한 배려와 관심은 눈에 띄지 않았습니다. 감사합니다. 그래서 내 아들은 자신만의 스위트룸을 원했고 그들은 서로 연결된 객실을 마련하여 16세 아이에게 매우 중요한 프라이버시를 제공하고 나에게는 그가 가깝다는 확신을 주었습니다. 완벽한 객실 - 넓고 조용하며 깨끗하며 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있습니다(그렇지 않은 경우 앱이나 전화를 통해 몇 분 안에 제공됩니다). 정기적인 객실 점검과 청소가 훌륭합니다. ERRE는 우수한 품질의 음식을 제공했고 제 아들은 그것을 좋아했습니다(토마호크 스테이크는 말 그대로 입에서 녹았습니다)! 체육관은 실내 수영장과 마찬가지로 호텔에 적합했습니다. 하지만!!! 무엇보다도 Don Pepe가 저에게 가장 중요한 것은 직원들입니다! 그들은 처음에는 훌륭했지만 이번에는 내 이름이 기억되었고 모든 사람이 최선의 방법으로 우리의 숙박을 기억에 남을 수 있도록 최선을 다했습니다! Don Pepe에게 감사드립니다. 최근 가족으로서 힘든 시간을 보냈지만 이제 제 아들도 푹 빠졌습니다.... 몇 주 후에 제 딸과도 다시 돌아올 예정입니다. 기다릴 수 없어!

화창한 마르베야에서의 환상적인 11월 휴가는 이 보석 같은 호텔 덕분에 더욱 특별해졌습니다. 친절하게 대해주시고 항상 최선을 다해 도와주신 모든 직원들에게 감사드립니다. 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 마찬가지로 방의 청결함, 아침 식사 레스토랑의 다양한 음식(과일 선택이 정말 마음에 들었습니다!!)을 칭찬할 수 있습니다. 모두 기억에 남는 Erre에서의 저녁 식사로 훌륭하게 마무리되었습니다. 맨 위!!

From the moment we arrived we were given the warmest of welcomes. The hotel is stunning and we were treated like royalty-great service, special gifts and the food, red level service and location is second to none. All who work there show care, friendliness and respect and we cannot wait to return! Five star all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay at Meliá Don Pepe Marbella! The hotel is beautifully designed, with well-decorated spaces and great areas to relax and enjoy. Check-in was smooth at the Red Level lounge, where snacks and drinks were available throughout the day. We also received a welcome bottle of wine and some treats in our rooms, which was a lovely touch. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a beautiful ocean view. The bathroom was well-equipped, though the lighting and counter space could be improved. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The service at the restaurant Erre was exceptional. The food was delicious—the meat was cooked perfectly, and the octopus was the best I’ve ever had. The buffet breakfast, which was included for us, was also very good. The ambiance and views were lovely, and the variety of food and service were excellent. However, on the weekend, breakfast for Red Level members was served at the Red Level lounge, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience for us. The staff seemed disorganized, and orders took a long time to arrive despite multiple reminders from our side—a completely different experience from the buffet. I really regretted switching that day, although the terrace did offer a beautiful view. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Marbella and nearby cities like Málaga, Granada, Ronda, and Gibraltar. The beach wasn’t ideal, as it had many rocks, and the water was extremely cold—though I imagine it would be more enjoyable in the summer. The pool area is very nice, but the water was also quite cold. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough—most of the staff were professional and friendly. I would love to stay there again. Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We also loved the thoughtful presents you left in our rooms!

This is a five star hotel so you expect high quality accommodation and good levels of service but the Don Pepe exceeds those standards in every possible way. It's location on the sea front within an easy stroll of the centre of Marbella is outstanding. We had a junior suite on the 7th floor which had amazing panoramic views from Marbella to Puerto Buenos with the hotels pristine grounds and pool adding to the view. The suite was excellent well sized beautifully maintained and oozing quality. The rest of the hotel was just as well maintained and beautifully presented with spacious bar, public areas and immaculate grounds. We were part of the red level experience which was a much larger indoor and outdoor facility than at others Melias and again beautifully decorated and well maintained. The level of service provided by the staff was of the highest quality wether in the red level lounge the bars, restaurants or public areas nothing was too much trouble and everyone was friendly and helpful. Lovely touches in the room and by the cleaning team added to the ambiance. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff and hotel made it very special for us and left lovely messages and treats in our room. The food in the restaurants was also outstanding and deserving of the michellin mention it gets. Last but not least we also made use of the Audi experience that is available at the Don Pepe,and other Melia 5 star hotels, certainly worth it we took a spectacular drive through the mountains to Malaga in the luxury Audi e tron. All in all an amazing experience well done everyone at the Don Pepe you made our special occasion even more special.
