코코넛 케이 리조트 & 마리나(Coconut Cay Resort)

Nice enough place - perfect for the money ! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful ! Free use of kayaks out to Gulf water was fun too. Would definitely stay again.

Coconut Cay Resort is one of the best lodging facilities that I have stayed at in the Keys. Our Room Attendant, Elizabeth, had our room well stocked and extremely clean, including the corners and behind the toilet. The office staff was welcoming and professional. The bagged breakfast was quaint and enjoyable. I would have given Coconut Cay Resort 10 stars if it was possible.

Bel hôtel. Canoës,vélos et cannes à pêche à disposition gratuitement. Petit déjeuner à emporter pas à la hauteur de l’établissement. Dommage

Website photos are misleading, cropped. This is primarily an old FL motel. Rooms sit 100 feet from US1 with bed, dresser, table and chairs, sofa...no closet. Traffic noise on one side or rooster on other. Room relatively clean to start with, but each day new towels arrived but bathrooms, floors weren't cleaned. Complimentary breakfast consisted of coffee and "to go" plastic bag with juice, muffin, packaged fruit cup, yogurt, only offered 8-10AM. Kayaks old and not padded. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Pros- Nice employees at desk. They recommended a good restaurant. Cons- Loud cars all the time, dirty old looking couch, something spilled on bathroom wall, rusty bathroom shower rod, killed 5 spiders and removed webb from ceiling, couldn't set air conditioning to a certain temperature, prepacked breakfast so couldn't pick out what you liked or wanted and oatmeal but no bowl. No place to eat, had to sit on yucky couch and hold food since had no table.

Free use of kayaks and old bikes. Airplanes overhead weren't too bad. The persistent rooster crowing from 2:30 to 7:00 am was a bit annoying. Had to keep the AC fan on all night to minimize the crowing sounds.

We liked absolutely nothing about this stay. I believe it to be false advertising on your website. The property is in need of a complete overhaul and I will be reaching out to the local health department and reporting them. We had to vacate 2 days early as my husband became ill and we believe it is due to the black mold in the air conditioning unit in the room. The walls were filthy with who knows what. ******* is responsible for false advertising as I do not believe you would have this property listed on your website had you actually visited this property. It is grossly overpriced and I cannot express enough how filthy it is.

Nothing like the photos. Noisy next to the airport and busy road. Not walkable. Staff spoke limited English so hard to communicate

I cannot say this is a good value. The view from our canal king room was pretty and the room itself was decorated well, but we were right next to the airport runway and it was LOUD. We didn't have a hair dryer in the room, it took 10 minutes for hot water to arrive and the AC was either full on or off. We couldn't seem to adjust it. We would have opened up the sliding door but there was no screen and it was buggy. We did have a fridge and a microwave. We had one working lamp in the room which made for a dark room in the evening. Location was good as it was convenient to everything and parking was free right outside the door which was great. Management responded right away when we asked for dry towels as the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan which made drying towels and reusing them hard to do. Free "breakfast" consisted of a plastic bag filled with a small yogurt, a small container of Delmonte fruit and a mini muffin. The room did have a Keurig which was nice. There was no ice machine so you had to ask at the desk and they gave you a small bag but no way to keep it frozen once you were in the room. The tile floors were not well cleaned and we wore our shoes in the room as to not get dirty feet. Internet was good and TV was a smart TV. All in all, it is just not a good value for this price point .
