마사이 마라 매니야타 캠프

Hello!! Avoid this hotel at all costs. The worst experience. Horrible hotel that promotes fake amenities and in reality has dreadful facilities, food, and service. I was here with some friends and the moment we arrived wanted a refund because of how bad it was. Rooms full with mosquitoes and bugs because the tents have holes and can’t be closed completely. Food is dreadful and unhygienic, could not eat it. There was nothing else to eat at the hotel, no kitchen, no menu, no nothing. Nobody could eat at anytime except for the time they set, service was still active and they said that they couldn’t give any food. There is no water and electricity at all times, it comes and goes to their convenience. I went to bed late and couldn’t shower or brush teeth. When I approached the service they said tomorrow at 5 AM it will work. Service is not helpful and not nice, also the bar is extremely overpriced and there is no wifi at the hotel.

Un tend camp appena fuori la riserva del Masai Mara, siamo stati due notti e siamo stati accolti da Alan. Alan è stato sempre disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, ci hanno preparato colazione pranzo e cena. Un trend camp immerso nella natura, pulito ma con ovvie possibilità di animaletti in giro. Il bagno non era il massimo ma bisogna adattarsi. In compenso la zona in comune è stupenda con vista super! Divanetti e bar, con anche spettacolo masai serale !
