This completely separate basement suite will accommodate a maximum of 8 people. There is a keypad entrance so you can check-in just about whenever you need without interacting with us. Stay cool this summer in our basement! We also have air conditioning. Bedroom 1: There is a queen bed with premium bedding and down comforter. Large full length mirror. 50 inch TV connected to satellite. Desk space with chair. There is also an ironing board and iron in the closet. Bedroom 2: There is a bunk bed with premium organic bedding and twinXL padded cot bunk beds. Air mattresses, extra pillows, blankets and a pack n play in the closet. Bedroom 3: There is a twin daybed with twin trundle and a breakfast bar. This bedroom is shared with the basement entrance. Bathroom: Soaking tub and shower. Full length mirror. Necessities and complimentary toiletries provided like clean soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, lotion and a hair dryer. Dining/Living Room: Great open concept for entertaining the family and friends, large flat screen complete with every channel Dish Network has to offer, Amazon Prime & Netflix. There is free high speed internet throughout. NO KITCHEN. We do have a fridge, microwave, toaster & Keurig coffee maker. Fully stocked. Guest access: Guests have access to everything in the space. Everything provided is for our guests comfort and enjoyment. Come in and play games or watch countless movies. Please carry out what you carry in. Guest will be assigned a personal access code to enter the property. Interaction with guests: Your hosts live upstairs and you will hear some of our noises, see house rules below.
