We recently spent three nights in a villa with a private pool at this resort, and overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay with a few notable highlights and some areas for improvement. The villa itself was beautiful – spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The private pool was definitely a highlight and made our stay feel extra special. Housekeeping was excellent throughout; the room was spotless, and everything was refreshed daily with care. The breakfast team also stood out for their friendliness and efficiency. Each morning felt like a treat, thanks to the attentive staff and a wide selection of food. Unfortunately, our experience with the guest services and reception staff fell short. The atmosphere at the front desk was cold and impersonal, which contrasted sharply with the warmth we experienced elsewhere in the resort. Most disappointing was our room service experience on the last night: we waited over an hour for our order, made four follow-up calls, and were repeatedly told it was “on the way.” The delay and lack of clear communication were frustrating and not what we expected from a resort of this caliber. In summary, the villa, cleanliness, and breakfast staff were excellent, but improvements are needed in guest services and reception to match the rest of the resort’s quality. With a bit more attention to hospitality at the front desk, this could easily be a five-star experience.
