Great hotel for families and all. Chilled. Plenty to do on all inclusive. Kids disco, evening entertainment was great ! We had a great weather at the end of October. Food was delicious, staff attentive and overall such a relaxing holiday !

An incredibly beautiful hotel. Stunning hotel surrounds. All hotel staff very friendly and helpful, especially the ones at the beach bar. The atmosphere was very relaxed and chilled. Entertainment was very good. The live music at the beach bar especially. Top quality! Rooms were spacious and modern. We had a double family suite with balcony and had two bathrooms and large living area perfect for a family of five. Value was spot on! The hotel grounds were kept spotless. The beach provided some great water sports and good prices and we even had a professional photo shoot that I would highly recommend. Anyone travelling with young children/babies there is plenty of milk which you can take by the carton full to your rooms and store in the fridge. It’s called SUT. Over all we had a fantastic time. The boys loved the pools and water park. The water wasn’t freezing, it was the perfect temp. Plenty of sunbeds that you didn’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to secure. Cocktails were amazing. The food was varied and of high quality. The beach club bar served great snacks and the food in the evening along with the service was superb. The only downside which I can think of is the lighting around the hotel rooms at night is very dimly lit and very hard to see especially when you’re trying to keep an eye on a toddler. The hotel rooms are also dimly lit so if I could think of any improvement would be to increase the hotel lighting at night to provide better vision and the same with the hotel rooms. Would definetly return. We all loved!!

From start to finish the stay was brilliant. All the staff were brilliant but a special thanks to Illias at the beach bar where we spent most of our time, he was an absolute star and so were the rest of the staff. The hotel was exquisite, the food was superb especially the chefs nights. Can't wait to go back

The design of the hotel is truly beautiful, with well-maintained gardens that create a pleasant atmosphere. Our room was nicely decorated and in good condition, and the housekeeping lady assigned to us was very attentive and thorough. The staff in general are extremely friendly and genuinely try their best, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far from satisfying. The biggest issue we encountered was with the food. The taste and quality in the main restaurant were poor, and the à la carte restaurants were even worse. Our worst experience came from the Beach Club restaurant, which was very disappointing. Another major problem was cleanliness. Glassware and dishes were often dirty, and it seemed that the detergents used for washing simply do not work effectively. Around the coffee machines in the main restaurant, there was visible dirt that should not be present in a resort of this category. The room, while stylish, had significant issues in the bathroom. The tile grouting looked old and possibly moldy due to poor workmanship, and the biggest problem was the shower drain, which was installed higher than the floor tiles. As a result, water did not drain away, which made showering uncomfortable and is frankly a construction mistake that is hard to understand. In my opinion, the root cause of these problems lies in the management. The employees try hard, but they lack proper leadership, training, and development. Throughout our entire stay, we never once saw the hotel director or a senior manager asking guests about their experience. This absence of visible management creates the impression that nobody truly oversees quality and guest satisfaction. Based on my 20 years of experience in the travel industry, I am convinced that this resort has serious issues that only proper management attention and quality control can resolve. In summary, while the hotel looks beautiful and the staff are kind, the poor food quality, hygiene issues, and lack of visible management made our stay very disappointing. This property has great potential, but serious improvements in leadership and quality control are urgently needed.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, rooms spacious and nice, staff all friendly and helpful with good English. Buffet restaurant has lots of good vegetarian options.

Firstly it’s so calm and relaxing and has a nice atmosphere. The staff and service is good and was happy with the food. The rooms are beautiful and spacious very trendy and chic the photos of the hotel on the internet doesn’t do it justice, it’s so much nicer in person. Would definitely recommend. Guest relations were fantastic at dealing with any requests I made and was happy with everything.
