We stayed here for 4 nights and we were very pleased with the service. Rooms were lovely and clean with free air conditioning, a must in a country such as Turkey. You've also got the option of a safe in the room for a small fee, something we paid for. Beds were very comfortable and the balcony area was nice and clean with a very handy rack for hanging up things to dry. The food was a Mediterranean cuisine but they also had several things akin to British food (cereal, eggs etc). Staff were absolutely wonderful (including the manager) and exceptionally attentive. Any queries, concerns, questions etc directed to the staff and they were more than happy to try and assist/help. They arranged our quad experience for us and it went fine without any hassle. There's a free bus which takes you to the beach which is a cracking bonus, leaves in the morning and returns in the late afternoon. Overall we had a lovely stay and I'd be more than happy to stay here again :)

Really well run hotel with a tight nit workforce. Clean, well maintained, very helpful staff who go above and beyond to help you out. Food was good - went half-board and fairly varied in the evenings. Rooms are comfortable, fairly spacious, and ideal for me traveling solo. Good daily service to the beach, which is a bit too far to walk to in the heat. Run twice a day in each direction. Location of hotel is a bit inland from Side main town but you can get a bus service and/or taxi easily. Walking distance are markets/pubs/restaurants etc. within 10-15 mins. The pool and Bar are magnificent. It's a good value for what I paid.

We had a fantastic time from start to finish. The staff greeted us on arrival, taking our luggage in and to the rooms. Every day was a pleasure as we were always met with happy and warm smiles from this lovely family run hotel. The swimming pool was lovely, large and clean, aswell as the whole area and dining was continuously swept and cleaned. The food was plentiful and tasty, lots of choices, salads, main dish was different every day. We love the fruit and vegetables as this is something we miss about the UK. Side Old Town is a beautiful place not to be missed, along with beach visits and promenade, which there is a free bus to. We will definitely be back to see the Side Spring Hotel Family, it was superb.

I have to be honest after reading some of the reviews before we came I was a bit nervous….my advice don’t read too much into them…what a fantastic small family run hotel, brilliant pool area, spotlessly clean. Food was very varied and leant towards Turkish cuisine (as you are in Turkey)…if you want full English this is not the place to come. I am a very fussy eater and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. The staff are brilliant, very attentive without being in your face, with genuine smiles for you and extremely helpful. Brilliant free shuttle bus to the beach which you will need, Easy Jets 25 minute walk is a bit ambitious to say the least. We have had a fabulous holiday and we will definitely be coming back to this hotel next year.

The hotel is spotless clean. Food is varied and always fresh and nourishing. It's an ideal location for site seeing. The family who run it are always happy to help.

The hotel atmosphere in the front is very poor but the balcony view was good. The night I came which was on the 14th August I checked in and there were no lifts or nothing we had to walk up 4 floors all the way to the top floor which is very dangerous. Our room was okay but the bathroom didn’t look pleasant there was a piece of hair in the sink and underneath the tv plug was like dirt. The tap had like metal molds and the wardrobe was slanted. There aren’t many breakfast options and the dinner options aren’t really that bad . The staff here are helpful and amazing and a massive thank you to the cleaners their hard work in the bedrooms is amazing and they’re always trying their best.
