The room was cleaned every day and the towels has been change every day, good food and various, The pool was very clean with many sunbeds and at the Beach is very nice . But în Last 2 data was problem with all Coffee machines .The personal is talking more Russian language and poor English .

Not a bad hotel, friendly staff, but the hotel is quite dirty. The scenery, the view from the room, the pools and the beach without comment, very good. But unfortunately during 10 days of stay, cleaning was done only twice. Also long and lengthy check-in time, but there is free wifi throughout.

Hello, we returned from this hotel 3 days ago feeling sick and very disappointed. Rooms: Everything started on the first day when we did not receive our room number on time. When this happened, instead of the family room with 4 beds, we received a room with only 3 beds. We had to speak loudly with the staff to resolve this issue. The other family members (2 persons) were accommodated on the first floor of the hotel. When we arrived there, the entire room smelled horrible due to the water pipes. We had to request a room change for them as well. The rooms were not cleaned properly; we had to ask at the reception for them to be cleaned when they had not been done. Food: The food was terrible. Every day, it was almost the same, or the next day it was prepared differently from what had been left uneaten. The restaurant kitchen does not have good ventilation; whenever it was grill time, smoke filled the restaurant area. The tables were not cleaned well, and the dishes and glasses were extremely dirty. The area was beautiful but also dirty; no one was cleaning the pool area. Almost at the end of our vacation, one of the family members needed to go to the hospital because he was feeling unwell with stomach issues. When we returned home, we started experiencing the same symptoms. Be aware that this hotel is not 5 stars!

For us, it was a great experience. The children loved the pirate pool and aquapark, the icecream, the wild sea and the big stones that they played with. The food was good, I would have loved more diversity for children, but it was ok. The rooms are a bit old, but it was clean. I wanted a sea side view of the room so i paied extra at the reception, 70 euro for it. But it was worth it. For my birthday I got a nice surpise in my room. We really enjoyed everything, the sea, the mountain view, it was a great trip for us all. It is our 5th time in Antalya, we have been to Side, Belek, Alanya, some resorts were better, but what we loved here was the diversity, the wild beach, the mountain, eveything was close and I was able to relax and enjoy it all with my children.

Please don’t come here, they say it’s a 5 star hotel but it’s really a 2 star. From the outside of the hotel it looks nice, and when you walk through in lobby it looks good but when you get to the rooms that’s where it goes down to 1star. Room is very small, not clean and the bathroom smells of sewage. The food is also pretty bad and does not come up to a 5 star but only a 2. Staff at the resort barely speak any English but only Russian. Except for the fact there’s slides for kids, there’s nothing else to do. There are no activities like table tennis and only 1 snooker table which is always booked. So please don’t waste your money on this “5 Star hotel”. Not worth at all.

Great hotel, personal very friendly, the food with a lot of diversity. The pool clean, warm water. The beach well organized, clean, the water color amazing. A lot of activities for children and not only. Children love the Aquapark and icecream. The animators are very funny and friendly. Will come back.
