We have just returned from our holiday at Miramare Beach Hotel, and it was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and spotless, and the food is absolutely delicious. There are daily themed dinners, and several à la carte restaurants available, although we didn’t visit them. The only downside is that on the beach, you cannot get imported drinks as you can by the pool. The food and drink selection at the beach is quite limited. Luckily, the pool is not far away, so you can easily get your drink there and take it to the beach if you wish. The rooms are clean and equipped with a coffee machine, and the minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks, beer, and water. Beach towels are also provided in the room. The staff is helpful and friendly – and if you leave tips, the service gets even better. We will definitely return!

Miramare Beach Hotel was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience we have ever had. I travelled with my wife and two children, accompanied by my parents-in-law, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Food was amazing, staff were friendly, the hotel rooms and grounds were spotless! I would definitely remind this hotel to anyone looking. All staff was great - but a special mention to Hakan, one of the hotel’s waiters. His professionalism and attentiveness were remarkable, it was clear that he has been trained to a high level of service.

This is a fantastic hotel. Right on the beach with plenty of eateries and bars. Good for children with excellent waterslides. Entertainment team is excellent and the Vitamin drinks on the beach are to die for. Rooms are very clean and visited everyday by staff, bar staff are very attentive with Emel standing out from the team with her attentive attitude and permanent smile. All in all A1 hotel. We will be back.

This hotel surpassed all expectations! We stayed for 6 nights The hotel itself is in immaculate condition, everywhere is spotlessly clean with cleanings teams moving around all day. The food was absolutely stunning! Nothing like we have experienced in a hotel before, having the cafe del mar bar for lunchtime was incredible! The facilities are great with indoor pool and outdoor pools galore! I would recommend this hotel to anyone One piece of feedback I would like to pass onto management would be to limit the amount of cats in the restaurant as we did not like this

Excellent hotel great experience. Entertainment team (Tarik) and other members work so hard. Beach party is fantastic and a must do for anyone who's staying here. Food is great and location is fantastic all in all I really would recommend this hotel.

Don't be under any illusions that this is the best hotel in Turkey... It isn't. I have been to a number of exceptional hotels and this is not one of them. Small dingy bathroom although the shower is of good size. The Superior rooms are definitely not special and the balconies are sparse. The room cleanliness was an issue. This happened twice over the week. On returning to the room the room it had not been cleaned. There was no turn down service offered for the Superior Rooms. Beach... fabulous but lacking decent service, No waiters at the beach. Only self service. Sun-bed situation. Diabolical, especially as the Hotel have ,and it is written, a no reservation policy ,however by 8.30-8.45am there are no beds around the pool area at all. On arrival at 2pm there were no beds at all, and no one available to even offer to help. For the first 2 days of the holiday there was a drinks waiter on rollerblades taking and delivering drinks to people around the pool. Then we never saw him again. The swimming pool was disappointingly cold. .Bizarre considering it was so hot As a swimmer it was miserably cold for any period of time other than a quick dip. Food. Great selection of food but I became unwell on our last morning and was taken by ambulance to hospital for 4 days. The indoor games room, a complete joke. Although we didn't mind paying extra to play Billiards the hotel have no policy on how long a family can play for so one couple actually played all evening from 8pm until 10.30pm when we gave up and went to bed. The entertainment in the evening. The worst we have had in all the Hotels we have been to in Turkey, Overall I think it is fair to say it's not one of Jet 2's better hotels as a 5 star Jet 2 hotel and not the best value for money.
