The staff at the Onyx Rotana, specifically the Citrine Cafe, are incredibly professional and very pleasant hosts. Shout outs to Wassem, Azeeka, and Nenchuya at the cafe, Shirley behind the gym counter, and the manager, Juvil. This Staff is always smiling, courteous, and accommodating. Additionally, the food and desserts are quite tasty, and the setting very relaxing. Definitely a refuge from the hustle and bustle of Manama. I highly recommend visiting. Two thumbs up!

Outstanding Performance. Beautiful & clean facilities. Supportive & friendly staff. We enjoyed every minute and every facility. Definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to visit again. We had a wonderful stay very comfortable room. Mahmoud at reception was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was very nice and had a good variety. The sea view room is very nice also. We hope to spend more time here next time.
