It was a awesome experience. The attitude of front desk and staff is very cordial and forthcoming. The resort is 6kms from Mall Road which is a blessing. The view from balcony is mermerising (Farms, Apple Orchards and Mountain view). We had booked premium room and were upgraded to Duplex room an arrival. The buffet spread was nice and tasty with lots of variety. I could not find a single fault with this resort. Hats off to their hospitality....

This hotel offers you one of the best views. Not much far from mall road if you are travelling in your car. Checkin checkout was smooth, buffet had lot of options and more importantly the food was tasty. We had misplaced some cash in car and were under impression that valet took out. I know that’s as stupid thing to do. But hotel staff was extremely generous and professional, they offered compensate the money out of their own pocket. Luckily we found our own cash in the car before checkout . As we returned the money and expressed sorry, the hotel staff was polite and said it happens. Honest staff, great hospitality and comfortable rooms. Stunning view on the valley side, in the middle of apple orchard. As this hotel is away for the Main Street, the ambiance is calm, no honking. Peace of mind.

We stayed at this beautiful location.the rooms and view from the balcony is just mind refreshing great view of mountain and apple garden .And the food is just amazing loves the food.we had very good experience and recommend to those who are looking for peace and neat clean hotel.

We had a great experience in justa grand view manali we were a group of 3 friends and we stayed there for 2 days and we took the duplex room .the rooms are nice and clean and the view is just quite pleasant and beautiful apple orchard and mountains.The food is very tasty with lots of varieties in breakfast and dinner also.And the staffs are very friendly and helping in guiding to find the best places to visit in Manali.will plan again to visit manali and justa only.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at jüSTa Grand View Resort Manali with our family and kids. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made our holiday truly relaxing and memorable. A special heartfelt thanks to Rakesh Ji, whose warmth, guidance, and hospitality made us feel completely at home. He was always available with a smile, offering help and local insights that really enhanced our experience. We also want to give a big shout-out to Mr. Vinod Chef for the exceptionally delicious food every single day. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a delight – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with so much care. Even the kids couldn’t get enough! Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with family – it’s a perfect blend of comfort, scenic beauty, and outstanding hospitality. Looking forward to returning soon.

The staff were polite and friendly. Fantastic with the kids. Food quality was amazing with amazing service, although not so much variety. Views were stunning with amazing mountain scenery in every direction. The hotel has a beautiful lawn where kids can run and play. However, there is no play equipment or a secure area for kids to play. Rooms were clean and good size. Prompt room/cleaning service. With a balcony view of the mountains (attached photo of view) Very good location for visiting local tourist attractions. The hotel had parking and local restaurants had no problem delivering to the hotel. On leaving the hotel the staff presented each of us with a himachali cap. This was an unexpected delight and a lovely surprise souvenir of our holiday. Would definitely stay again.
