Our stay at Bookmark Resorts Manali exceeded all expectations and left me thoroughly impressed! The resort's picturesque location amidst the breathtaking beauty of Manali's landscape and Most Definitely The Himalayas View immediately captured my heart. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The accommodations were top-notch, offering spacious and elegantly designed rooms that provided both comfort and luxury. The dining experience was a culinary delight, with a wide array of delicious dishes that satisfied my palate. What truly sets Bookmark Resorts apart is the impeccable service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to cater to my every need with a genuine smile. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions, they were always ready to assist with the utmost professionalism. My time at Bookmark Resorts Manali was nothing short of magical, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating.

We stayed at Bookmark Resorts, Manali for 5 nights late October 2025. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with utmost hospitality by the lovely staff there. Also since we’re both from the hospitality industry in Maldives, we were absolutely amazed by how attentive everyone there was and every request was attended to within few minutes. On our first day there, we expressed to Raj (our favorite receptionist there btw) how keen we were on going for a hike/trek as the resort sits right next to a breathtakingly beautiful hill/mountain with wildlife surrounding it. Within less than an hour, he had requested with the General Manager and a hike was organized exclusively for us and had 4 of their lovely staff (Roshan Bhai, Raj, Sachin and Anil) take us ***** for this amazing experience. As per the four of them, this was their first time to take any guests out on a hike like this so you can tell how special we felt. (I’ll share some photos below). we hiked for a total of 2 hours and by the time we got down, tea (chai) was made ready with pakoras in the middle of the field with a lovely view. we couldn’t have asked for more and personally speaking, this was the highlight of our whole 12 days trip. 1. Laundry services were top notch and we loved how everytime the washed and ironed clothes were brought in with a vintage basket. 2. ⁠Lunch outside on the garden next to the pool and a few apple trees made the ambiance even better. 3. The room was perfect with a cute living room attached to the bedroom. Made the room spacious. 4. This resort sits quite at the top, making it peaceful and surrounding a calm atmosphere with little to no loud noise of vehicles or whatsoever. 5. Cleanliness was top notch and hygienic. Another great asset this hotel has are their chefs. their hands are literally magic and we craved their food every time we ate outside. Thank you again, Raj, Sachin, Anil, Roshan Bhai, GM and the chefs. YOU made our holiday special.

I recently stayed at the Bookmark Resort and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. While the property itself is nice, several key issues with service and management made my stay frustrating. (1) Delayed Breakfast Service: Breakfast was scheduled to start at 7:30 AM, which is already too late for many travelers. Ideally, breakfast should begin at 6:30 AM to accommodate early risers and those with tight schedules. However, not only did breakfast not start on time, it was delayed further. This showed a complete lack of proper administration and made it feel like the hotel was unprepared to meet basic guest needs. (2) Poor Interpersonal Skills: One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the staff’s poor interpersonal skills. While the hotel has potential, these issues significantly impacted my experience. It’s clear that there is a need for better management, staff training, and more efficient operations. Unfortunately, until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very goooodddddddddddddd im soooo soooo sooooo happyyy to visit here it's very cooolll vibe hereeeeee I just lovveeeeddddd ittttttt staffff was veryyyy gooooddd and polite front office team is very good Miss teena very nice girl..

I had bad experience 1) on the name of service , zero. After calling 4 times we got water in room 2) sink drain was blocked 3) unprofessional staff.

All staff were very helping..the stay were amazing with the amazing view ....highly recommended 🥰😍🤩❤️.. All should definitely try the amazing stay here !
