Apartamentos Playa Moreia

We had a friendly welcome when we arrived at the front desk. We arrived quite late but the entertainment was still on which we thought was a great first impression. The room was as expected with everything that you may need. We were a couple traveling with one child. The room had three single beds but they were so close together it was like it was one large bed with individual bedding. The balcony was spacious and room for three chairs outside to enjoy the sea views. The room wasnt the cleanest and in need of modernization but for the price we had no complaints. One night we had a problem with our balcony door which meant it was stuck open. We went to reception in the night but the man working said there was nothing he could do until the morning. In the morning we went back down to reception and the same man was still working he sent the maintenance team up straight away. They removed the door and fixed it very promptly. The pool area was clean and had entertainment on most days. The life guard was very friendly and joined in with the pool activities There was never any sunbed wars which we were very happy about, this may be due to the fact there were not many Brits staying there. The bar was fairly priced and served chips by the pool too. The entertainment was different every night starting off with a mini disco followed by bingo. There was either a gameshow or singers most evenings. There is only one entertainer and he really seemed to love his job, always smiling and willing to chat with everyone. Great location, right on the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants near by. Not sure if it happens every week but there was a market on the street outside one night. We didn't use the restaurant at the hotel but looked ok for money. Overall we had a fantastic time and we will be recommending others to visit this hotel and s'illot area.

Our second visit to these nice apartments. Lovely spacious room with sea & mountain view. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them. We especially appreciated the help from CARMEN when I took ill. She gave local information and arranged a taxi to the local hospital for me. Excellent customer service! Looking forward to returning to this nice resort/ apartments.
