All staff where lovely,warming,welcome and full of life which is genuinely nice to see.Me and my northeast bestie Marko Thirkel were greatly felt wanted and welcome by a lovely woman called Heather who spent talk to welcome us and created with ease and relaxation.Thank u The Malvern and Heather for a lovely welcoming. Very easy to book, which we did on the day we intended to stay. Warm welcome on arrival and a tour by a member of staff. We booked a suite as it was our honeymoon and it didn't disappoint. Nespresso coffee machine, Elemis products, jacuzzi bath with TV, four poster bed. There was also a complimentary fridge with water, prosecco and chocolate. The spa had plenty of beds, attentive staff who took drinks orders. There are 4 steam/sauna rooms and an outdoor pool. The dining experience was first class. Dinner was plentiful and delicious with brilliant staff. I will be returning.

Spent my birthday evening at malvern spa! Was a fantastic experience, brilliant treatment (back massage) superb experience in the bar, great food and drinks, staff are friendly and bubbly. Made my 30th one to remember.I will be returning, thank you.

We visited the spa for the day. The staff are helpful but also not annoying. Great choice of steam, sauna and pool, all really clean. We had a nice lunch which the cost was almost covered in the pre-payment. New visitors I advise pack a small hair towel and your own shampoo and conditioner. Also pack a separate bag for your cozzy. It's a shame this isnt provided its the all over shower gel only and the bags are only available on request. Few down points I think guests should be reminded to keep noise down a few were quite noisy in the steam room. Also couldn't see a swim suit dryer in the changing room. Other than that great experience and we will be back soon

From the lovely greeting at the reception desk, a lovely man with a jovial and warm greeting, to the sublime massage, from start to finish an excellent visit. On entering The Malvern you immediately feel like a very welcomed customer. They are polite, friendly and helpful. Once in the treatment area, you immediately feel relaxed, the atmosphere is calm and the lighting in the evening creates a lovely ambiance. Again, the staff are polite, friendly, welcoming and helpful. I booked in for the Pure neck, shoulder and back massage. Leah introduced herself and took me through to the treatment room. It was a well set up room with dim lighting and a lovely aroma. Leah was a lovely young lady and made me feel at ease and relaxed straight away. She gave me a fantastic massage, just at the right strength and hitting all the stressful spots just right. She was very thorough, working more on the areas where she found the most knots. I’d highly recommend a massage by Leah. I have had other treatments in the past and have never been disappointed. Thank you to all the staff I met today, you’re doing a fabulous job.

A very underwhelming experience. It’s just like a glorified Premier Inn and leisure centre. Situated on the edge of a retail park. A view of Aldi from one window and Premier Inn from the other side. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly but I’m thinking this is because they need to pacify their guests continuously. Rooms very worn and scruffy with stained carpets in most of the hallways. Treatments were very nice which is one positive. To call this a “Malvern Hills” retreat is extremely misleading.
