Premier Inn Malvern

It's good, Easy parking

I have stayed in several Premier Inns in the past but the Malvern Hotel is probably the best. The room an food were up to the usual high standard but what made this one stand out was the staff. Friendly, helpful and cheerful. Always happy to go the extra mile. Will definitely stay here whenever we visit Malvern.

The Premier Inn was Excellent Value for Money and the Location was Excellent too! Really comfortable bed and an excellent nights sleep!

Excellent hotel. Clean and as expected with good facilities. Friendly helpful staff and perfect location for me, this trip. Very good value for money in quite a pricey area.

A pretty average Premier Inn but now in need of a bit ot TLC. The bedroom furniture needed an upgrade, there was a bulb out in the bathroom and the toilet seat was very loose (does no-one check these things or do they just rely on guests to report them?) The continental breakfast was poor - cereal, fruit, 3 pots of yoghurt, cheap sliced bread, 6 croissants, a couple of pastries and the rest of the shelves were empty. On the plus side, the reception staff were very cheery and helpful.

Very well run and clean Premier Inn - I would stay again. Service was efficient and cheerful and room clean and quiet. The extra pillows were a nice touch and the fill it yourself tea and coffee made life easy. Food was good and breakfast very satisfying.

We are generally great fans of Premier Inns unfussy style, comfortable beds and food. However this hotel is showing signs of distress and wear. Our room was shabby. The TVs remote didn't function correctly, so could only scroll thro all stations to find one to watch. The "King size" bed seemed uncomfortable full of springs and was "too small". So all in all pretty miserable hotel room.

we fancied a few days at Malvern to do a bit of walking. From past experience we've learnt that Premier Inns meet our needs for a family stay. spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. breakfasts and dinners are good too. the view from our room is not great, but the location of the hotel is excellent...just 10 minutes drive from some fantastic walks. the hotel has plenty of free parking. one of the highlights of the Malvern Premier inn are the very friendly and helpful staff.

We normally tend to stay in Premier Inns because you know what you're getting. We wanted a few days in Malvern and this was reasonably priced and, though it looked like it was slightly out of town, it didn't look like the walk was that long. However, it is on a retail park quite a distance from town which just doesn't suit us. We like to have a wander around a town in an evening and to pop into a pub or a restaurant. We just couldn't do that here and it spoilt it for us. We had to book taxis and one let us down after confirming our booking leaving us stranded in town quite late at night (not Premier Inn's fault of course but it's the location that doesn't help). The hotel itself is not huge but has plenty of parking. It has a small restaurant which we had breakfast at. This was fine, with plenty of food on offer. Our room was a little smaller than I usually find in a Premier Inn however that wasn't an issue. There are plenty of shops nearby (Morrison's, Aldi etc) if that is what you need. I would only use this hotel if I were on business or passing through for some reason. I wouldn't use it for leisure as we did.
