Super hôtel avec un accueil très chaleureux ! Nous sommes venues au tout début de la saison du coup tout n’était pas encore ouvert mais nous avons passé une très agréable voyage ! L’hôtel se trouve à 30 min de l’aéroport de Heraklion. Je vous conseille de louer une voiture pour après profiter de l’île :) Merci encore pour l’accueil 😊

Just wanted to pop a quick thank you to all the staff at Le Palme for a wonderful stay. Room 111 so quiet yet the hotel is right near the "*****" and we couldn't hear it. Le Palmer is also close to the beautiful old town of Malia with it's authentic tavernas and restaurants. We recommend San Giorgio's Restaurant. Receptionist Georgia, we love you!! Good luck for 5th September 💞. Check in was so smooth, very late (2am!!) but we were greeted by a lovely lad. Our room was clean and spacious, beds comfy, lovely terrace with olive tree views and afternoon or early evening sun. The pool over at Help Bar across the road, is absolutely great for a swim and lovely lady Poppy served the best drinks and was so friendly. Even though it was a short visit, we loved the whole experience of Malia and would definitely stay here again.

Great location but that is about all. Our room was like a prison cell, shower area was disgusting! And you would be very lucky if you had a hot shower in the morning also you could only use shower as hand held as no bracket! Stayed 11 days and only had 2 hot showers in all that time! Did complain but was told that because it was cloudy the day before the water tanks hadn't warmed the water HUH!! What an excuse. No wifi unless you sit by the pool Go cheap you certainly get what you pay for

Great place right in the centre of all the pubs and clubs, so maybe not for retirees. Bars, clubs, pubs, food, quad and motorcycle hire all outside. The beach is 10 minutes stroll away. Get there early to get a bed with an umbrella. The pool at the hotel is great anyway.

Excellent hotel in a strategic location close to the bus stop and the centre of Malia with restaurants and supermarket. The room is spacious, cosy and clean with a comfortable bed, balcony and kitchenette. I stayed at the hotel for a week and extended my stay for another fortnight because I liked everything so much. Many thanks to Katerina for her active help and quick response to all my requests. Everything was perfect!
