Have to say read the reviews and I can't understand the negative ones. Still here the hotel is immaculately clean the staff are welcoming and lovely. The pool area is spotless as is the pool. It's a 3 star but feels more a 4. Please don't go by the negative reviews. We've another 5 days here and I would highly recommended this hotel to everyone. We are 3 mins away from the main ***** which is buzzing with bars music, restaurants but this hotel is off a side road from the ***** and we do not hear anything. It's clean, beautiful and friendly. You'd be mad not to want to come and stay here.

Don’t go to this rat infested, fifth, hell hole Room filthy Towels never changed Beds full of insects White shower curtain as black as soot Showers cold Shower tray full of slime and tears of crap Staff insolent Food on rations No new food any day and all leftovers Coffee soil scrapings from garden Alcohol is knock off crap Snacks are from a seaman’s lodge If you value your health, stomach and well being DO NOT PUT A FOOT IN THiS ABSOLUTE HELL HOLE

Don’t stay in this hell hole Staff are useless and insolent Food is 10 yrs out of date Rooms are rat holes and filthy Towels and bedding are never cleaned or replaced Rooms are never cleaned Don’t waste your money staying here if you don’t want to go home with 1000 diseases Avoid like the plague

I was hesitant about the stay as in the past there has been negative reviews. I can honestly stay this was one of the nicest places I have stayed. Rooms, bar and pool area were all spotlessly clean. Rooms had aircon and a fridge, basic but had everything you needed. Staff were friendly and the manager was so lovely and made our stay. Would defiantly stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised. Great location, 3 minute walk to the main *****. I'm used to 4/5 star hotels, we only booked this for a cheap last minute getaway. It's not the 5 star experience, but we weren't expecting it to be, and going in with that mindset we had a very pleasant stay overall. The pool area is lovely, very well maintained, comfy seats, very relaxing. Nice bar, although staff are a little slow at times and seem more interested in chatting to each other than serving customers. The room is nice, comfy beds, nice big fridge, however the bathroom seriously needs updating, very old and rundown. More of a wetroom with no ventilation. Hand held shower with a hook on the wall that barely holds it up (ours kept falling down) Air con worked, although the buttons didn't so we couldn't adjust the temperature. From reading older reviews, I assume they've stopped charging extra for aircon now as we didn't get charged extra for it. One thing that was slightly annoying, on arrival you're asked to email some voucher to them, which I had no idea about. It was half midnight when we arrived, we were exhausted and had to faff around with wifi passwords and sending email attachments before we could go to our room. It would have been nice if the guy could have helped us with our luggage as well, he could see I was tired and struggling getting my 15kg suitcase up 2 flights of stairs and didn't bother helping. Breakfast was average, but again, I was expecting it to be. Continental, covers all the basics, tea, toast, perhaps an egg, ham and cheese, the usual. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, just a few things that could have been improved, but if you're looking for a nice cheap getaway I can definitely reccommend this place.

Had the most amazing time staying here, hotel and room were both so lovely and clean. Drinks and food at bar very well priced and Koula was wonderful company. Very close to the ***** and beach but no noise disturbances at all. Will definitely be back!
