퍼닌술라 리조트 & 스파(Peninsula Resort & Spa)

친구와 2명의 십대 아이들이 이 아름다운 호텔로의 여행을 좋아했습니다. 훌륭한 편의 시설로 흠 잡을 데없이 깨끗합니다. 마을은 꽤 도보 거리에 있고 가파른 언덕을 다시 올라야 하지만 택시는 10유로입니다. 마을은 꽤 작지만 레스토랑과 상점이 있습니다. 우리는 어느 날 호텔에서 Heraklion까지 버스를 탔습니다. 음식은 훌륭하고 선택의 폭이 넓지 만 개인적으로 아침 식사에 약간 실망했습니다. 수영장은 침대가 많고 아름답지만 물은 얼고 있습니다! 호텔에는 많은 프랑스인 손님이 있었습니다. 우리는 이것이 우리가 여행하는 동안 정상적이라는 말을 들었습니다. 이는 일부 엔터테인먼트가 프랑스어로 진행되었다는 것을 의미했으며 애니메이터와 이야기를 나누고 음악 퀴즈에 영어가 포함된 것을 따랐습니다. 그러나 관계없이 우리는 저녁, 특히 모두를 춤추게 했던 전통적인 그리스의 밤을 즐겼습니다. 직원은 모두 매우 도움이되고 친절합니다. 특히 바의 Mano와 Claudian과 애니메이터 중 한 명인 Robin. 나는 이 호텔을 추천하고 싶지만 더 많은 것을 탐험하고 싶다면 차를 빌리라고 말하고 싶습니다.

우리는 반도에서의 체류를 매우 즐기고 있습니다! 전용 수영장이 있는 객실은 바다의 멋진 전망을 제공합니다... 리셉션 데스크와 레스토랑의 직원은 우리의 모든 소원에 가장 도움이 되었습니다. 우리는 마사지를 위해 Spa at Maria에게 특별한 감사를 전하고 싶습니다. 그리고 그녀의 미소와 환영. 우리가 알아차린 유일한 단점은 신선한 오렌지 주스, 증류주 및 "정교한" 칵테일의 포괄적인 거래가 없다는 것입니다.. 시즌이 시작되는 수영 풀의 물은 차갑습니다... 어쩌면 온수가 플러스가 될까요?. ..

It was a wonderful staying. From the start to the end of the vacation. The staff was kind and helpful. The food was great.

After months of extensive research and careful consideration, we ultimately selected this hotel as the venue for my and my husband's wedding. I cannot express the happiness I feel as a result of that decision. Our wedding turned out to be a realization of all our dreams, with every single aspect being absolutely perfect. We secured this location a year in advance of our event, and the hotel maintained constant communication with us throughout the entire year to ensure that every detail was meticulously planned. We had everything we had ever envisioned, from the grand entrance on a jetski to our departure on a boat, the talented saxophonist, the top-notch DJ, and even a skilled face paint artist. The decorations were nothing short of incredible, and the hotel's team brought my vision to life based on the pictures I provided. Our guests were delighted with the hotel, and the rooms were fantastic, not to mention the exceptional food and top-tier hospitality. I want to give a special shout-out to Maria-Christina, who truly deserves recognition (perhaps even a promotion). It's been a long time since I've encountered such a dedicated, professional, and genuinely exceptional worker. The hotel should consider itself very fortunate to have you on their team. For anyone considering a destination wedding, I highly recommend contacting this hotel. They can share pictures from previous weddings to help you visualize your own dream celebration (you might even spot my pictures among them!). It was truly an amazing experience in every way, and I give it a five-star rating across the board.

Séjour Hotel Peninsula Resort and Spa - Heraklion Ad Pelagia du 05 au 12/09/2023 Situation : L’hôtel est très bien situé sur un bande de terre au bout de la baie d’Ad Pelagia. Les paysages y sont magnifiques, les côtes escarpées et peu de plage de galets (petites criques également). Il y a quelques petits commerces et une plage à proximité (10 mn de marche avec des montées et descentes). Hôtel : L’hôtel est sur plusieurs niveaux avec plusieurs bâtiments ce qui implique nécessairement de monter et descendre des marches et des pentes. Nous avions deux chambres (n° 1030 et la Villa). La chambre 1030 est toute proche du bâtiment principal et bénéficie d’une grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la baie (un bonheur de calme avec le lever de soleil) ; elle est très grande et très bien équipée. Nous avions serviettes de bain en plus des serviettes classiques, du savon, une double-douche, des peignoirs/chaussons, coffre-fort à code, … Bref rien à redire : une chambre comme on les aime. Par contre, la chambre dans la Villa, situé juste à côté du Quand et du Spa laissait à désirer : - bien plus petite ; - vieillote avec des odeurs ; - pas de peignoirs/serviettes de bain ; - terrasse avec gazon très bien entretenu ; - avec une vue très lointaine de la mer (nous avions réservé des chambres avec vue sur mer). Comme nous avions réservé les chambres au même moment avec Ltur, nous avons demandé à la réception d’avoir les mêmes types de chambres : refus catégorique (au motif qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre de disponible). Bref, un séjour qui débute un peu mal d’autant plus que nous avions demandé lors de la réservation des chambres proches. Par la suite, Ltur nous a dit que, dans pareil cas, il faut faire intervenir le correspondant local afin de réclamations… Nous saurons pour la prochaine fois ! Hormis cela, l’hôtel est très grand, bien arboré et avec de la verdure, un endroit bien agréable. Un conseil : vérifier la chambre qui vous sera attribuée car nous en avons vu qui était mal orientée ou quasiment borgne. Et la distance, pour certaines chambres, avec les pentes qu’il faut marcher. Activités : - classique : tennis, volley, animation diverses, soirées à spectacle ou jeux (fin des animation à 23h00) ; - l’équipe d’animation est très volontariste et dynamique. Elle propose des jeux le matin ainsi que de l’aquagym, du stretching, des jeux au bord de la piscine, … - pour les piscines : il y en a 3. Un pour les enfants (en haut de l’hôtel à côté du Spa) avec des tobogans, la piscine principale proche des locaux communs et du restaurant donc le coin est assez animé avec de la musique. Pas de problème de transats comme dans d’autres hôtels notamment car il y a une 3ème piscine (en bas de l’hôtel), piscine d’eau de mer. Cette piscine est entourée de petites zones intimes où l’on peut être un peu éloigné (mais pas trop de la piscine à eau de mer). Bref, au niveau piscine et espaces, il y en a pour ceux qui veulent des animations et ceux qui veulent du ca

We booked 7 days in this resort, traveling with our 4-year-old daughter. The location of this property is amazing. It has 2 beaches on the side, 1 Rocky platform, 1 dandy beach, and has a great view of the sea,2 swimming pool (1 sea water pool). The booking. Com offer all inclusive,which provides breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between, drinks all included. The food they provided is quite generous and decent with varieties. Every evening, the resort organizes some activities to enjoy, you can also participate, such as karaok night. The view is simply amazing, almost all the rooms have terrace or balcony, with sea view. There is a direct bus stop in front of the hotel, to go to Heraklion city centre. The timings are listed at the reception, 3.5eur per person, kids free. I will recommend this property for a great family or friends vacation.

We got married on 22 June here and had the most amazing day. The hotel staff went above and beyond for our wedding ceremony. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who played a part in our special day. A special thank you to Maria-Christina who helped me plan our wedding since 2020! She gave us exactly what we wanted and more and we both felt very taken care of. The hotel itself is beautiful and all our guests absolutely loved it from the service to the food and surroundings. We would highly recommend this hotel for a wedding and a holiday for a family. So thank you Peninsula Resort & Spa for everything. We already can’t wait to return. Summyr & Colin

This resort is beautiful! When we first arrived, we were amazed at the beauty and the views. We stayed down near the saltwater pool, which was probably better than near near the main pool because of the noise from the pool and restaurant. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool facilities were nice and there were plenty of chairs near the salt water pool and down by the a la carte restaurant where you could jump in the sea. We spent a day a the public beach next door, which had restaurants and bars and stores and you could rent chaise lounges for the day for 10 euros per pair. It was lovely. The beach at the resort was more crowded and the food options were more limited and expensive. We paid for the all inclusive and the food was fine. It wasn’t outstanding and I could see getting sick of it if we were there all week. They do not label things, and so our food allergies made trying things problematic. It’s not hard to label the food, even without allergies you just want to know what you’re eating. The main problem we encountered that would prevent our return is that you cannot flush toilet paper. This appears to be the case all over the island but for four people sharing a bathroom, this gets gross pretty quickly. We were not bothered that the activities were in French. We anticipated that they would not be in English, since we weren’t in an English-speaking country. We were there to relax, not play or party. We were probably the only Americans there, but that was fine by us.

I’m a single mom with 2 teenagers that stayed at this resort. It was not advertised anywhere as a French speaking resort. Some of the staff speak English, but not many. All social activities/shows are in French. The entire time we were at the resort we only met 2 families that spoke English. The buffet did not have a lot of selection and some of the items were stale. You clear your own plates when finished eating and get your own cutlery. Self serve your own drinks. No servers around the pool. The 1 restaurant we are at included in the all inclusive package was terrible. I ended up sitting for 30-40 minutes waiting for our bowls to be cleared after dessert so I could sign for the wine that was not included. If you go down to the platform to jump in the water and lounge on the sun, this is extra, even a pop for the kids. I wished I had picked a different resort by the end of our first day. The only amazing part of our stay were the views.
