My family and I were taken care of by Kishore, who was an exceptional host. He helped us from the moment we arrived until the day we departed, always making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The Hard Rock hotel is well equipped with everything one could desire on a family vacation. The swimming pool and beach have a great atmosphere frequently filled with music events and activities. The food is top notch and very diverse. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy from a wide range of activities, such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (highly recommended), weight training center, Zumba classes and more. We will definitely return for a second round of paradise.

Dear SAii Lagoon Maldives, We stayed for 9 nights from 01.09.2023 with all inclusive in a Beach room. If I had to summarize it briefly, I would say: everything and everyone was wonderful!!!! I would like to single out a few names and welcome them: ADITYA (Beach Club Swim Up Bar): I wish there were such nice and friendly people everywhere, thanks for the delicious cocktails! Y L and ABI (Hard Rock Caffe): sensational figures, thank you for the unforgettable experiences, they provided the best restaurant service! UDESH (Tom Yam): very attentive and knew from day 2 what kind of coffee we wanted ”half cup” :) ALISHA and EDDY (Breakfast): they were very nice, Eddy told a lot about the island. Thanks. INDI (Infinity Pool Bar): thank you for the delicious food and cocktails. I trust that they will pass on our personal thanks to them! Although the weather could have been better (unfortunately there was a lot of rain and clouds), overall we had a great time. There is cleanliness everywhere. It was a special experience that we had to choose from the menu at every meal except for breakfast, and whatever we chose was very tasty and tasty. A big advantage, you can also go to the Hard Rock hotel, where the service is very nice. The Beach room back was more than enough, as there were days when we only went to the room in the evening after breakfast. This was one of our best Hotel Jen experiences anywhere in the world. In most cases, Hotel Jen stays are more functional, and we don't get the full ”Shangri-la experience”. In this case however, the experience got pretty close. Some of the positives: 1. The upgrade to the larger room was a nice touch as it gave my family of 4 a bigger space. 2. The F&B we had throughout the stay was good - my family enjoyed all our meals while we were there. 3. Most importantly, literally every single staff member we encountered during the stay was friendly and helpful, and the service was really the best part of this experience. Every person have us absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of service. Some of the more memorable individuals who stood out for us (this is not to say the other folks are not as good - just that we did not interact with them as much): Riyaz and Arun at the restaurant, and Dilshan at the front desk. 4. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations for a Hotel Jen property. 5. The location was great. Everywhere we needed to go during our 3-night stay was within 15 minutes' walk. A couple of drawbacks though, although these would be pinned on the people who initially constructed the building rather than the people running it now: 1. The building is slightly dated/ageing, and parts of it could do with a refresh. 2. While the Executive room we stayed in was large, there was some wasted space in the room due to the irregular layout. On the whole, this was still a 5/5 experience, and the best part was really the service.

이미 말레가 예약 할 수있는 매우 좋은 호텔이며 서비스도 매우 좋습니다. 공항과 매우 가까우며 전환 호텔로서 매우 좋습니다. 건강을 개선해야하지만 전반적인 전환은 여전히 비교적 안전합니다. 가격보다 비싸지 만 어린이를 데리고 오면 전환 호텔로 추천합니다.

아이들과 함께 몰디브 여행을 계획하며 한 달 동안 고민한 끝에 선택한 소몰디브에서 너무 편하게 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 숙소는 깨끗하고 직원들은 매우 친절했으며, 음식도 매우 맛있었습니다. 수질도 훌륭했고, 숙소 앞을 지나가는 가오리와 거북이 덕분에 더욱 행복한 여행이 되었습니다. 정말 멋진 추억이 될것 같아요

The hotel is strategically located and within walking distance to bus stations, Fahim Plaza, restaurants and the apartment we booked overlook the beautiful sea. Emerald green water that calm the nerves is a sight that is so welcoming from the balcony of the apartment we booked. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well kept. The washing machine and kitchen made our stay even more pleasant and at ease. The manager, Unais, is super helpful and very prompt in accomodating to our requests and queries. He even sourced out the best island hopping guides for us. I highly recommend this hotel as it is elderly and kids friendly I will definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Maldives again.
