세주르 & 어페어스 레지던스 파리 말라코프(Sejours and Affaires Paris-Malakoff)

Todo genial, habitación muy moderna y nueva. Todo muy limpio. Buena conexión con metro y en 10min en el centro de Paris. 100% recomendable.

A malakoff, près de Paris. Cet appartement hôtel proche de la mairie vous propose des hébergements avec coin cuisine. La literie est bien ,la douche à un rideau en plastique !!! Et le petit déjeuner est limite.a ce prix là même à PARIS j'attends autre chose

My husband and I stayed here for 15 days during the summer in August. I didn’t have the highest expectations when I booked our room because of the low ratings but I’m glad we took our chances. Check-in process was smooth and staff were very friendly and welcoming. When we got into our room, it was better than I expected. The bed was fairly comfortable, free wifi was provided, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals, although the shower was tight (if you are wider built like my husband, it was slightly tight for him) but it wasn’t a big deal. We knew before booking this room that there was no AC so we were prepared for that. The room had a fan which was good enough for us. I noticed there was no iron/ironing board in the room so I went to the front desk and they were able to provide us with one during our stay. They don’t clean the rooms everyday and only cleaned it once during our 15 days there but again, we knew that before we booked so that wasn’t an issue. We walked around in the area quite a bit (even past 10pm) and it seemed pretty safe. It’s only about an 8 min walk to the metro and you could be in the heart of Paris in minutes. We went to Intermarché for our groceries which was only a 5 min walk from our room. The only thing we didn’t like was the room smelt like someone had smoked in it even though it was a non-smoking room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again. It was so much cheaper to stay here than in Paris where prices for rooms are over double the price.

Le confort du lit c'est ce qui m'a charmé le plus! L'hôtel est un lieu tranquille où il fait bon habiter. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable. J'ai séjourné pendant deux semaines et je recommande cet hébergement. Je répète que le lit est d'un confort parfait! J'y retournerai!

Oh well, you get what you pay for. We couldn't sleep well, very noisy place. Cleaning service was banging the door non stop, also the customers. The noise was coming from outside when was windy, you could hear banging something, not sure what, some metal piece I guess, even at 3am. So loud. Last morning we could hear some renovation upstairs from 9am until 12,so annoying!!!!! Noise at night, noise in the morning. The good thing was heating in the bathroom and cheap price. The heating in the room didn't work properly. The shower curtain was not wide enough so we had to clean wet floor non stop. Cleaning is not provided, no toilet brush provided... No fresh towels. I was happy to leave this place. We won't be back even for free. The ladies at the reception were nice.

Hôtel très agréable dans son ensemble. Peu voir pas de bruit. Chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Les petits plus : un balcon d’un côté et une grande terrasse de l’autre. Le personnel sur place est souriant et soucieux de notre confort. C’est vraiment un chouette endroit

Location everything was close by. The bus station, train station, bakeries, restaurants, grocery store. Hotel people very friendly. Room service could be better.

Depuis l'arrivée jusqu'au départ tout le personnel est à l'écoute et disponible. L'établissement est en train de faire peau neuve. La literie est confortable et les nuits sont calmes du fait de l'isolation et de la situation en fond de cour. Pratique pour salon à Paris Expo Porte de Versailles avec déplacements en trottinette électrique. Bonnes options restauration à proximité. Je retournerai dans cet établissement dès mon prochain salon à Porte de Versailles. Je vais de plus chercher des établissements de cette enseigne pour mes prochaines destinations en espérant que le confort soit similaire et surtout le personnel tout aussi avenant.

Espace spacieux et propre. Lit très confortable et personnel très attentif. Ce fut un agréable séjour.
