Nice stay and a lot of taxes out side We didn't try the food, but we tried the coffee shops and the staff were very helpful and polite

Hotel is good but amenities haven't been provided as written there was no iron in the room. And staff in night is unsupportive even he didnt allowed your guest to visit you which is weird. Haram is far from here and no shuttle service provided like other hotel does

The hotel has a very good location and bus service to Haram. A bus leaves almost every 10-15 minutes. The staff is very accommodating but you may have to wait for long times during checking in. Very rarely i found that the lifts are crowded. Rooms are of okay size and have good amenities. The washrooms are a little smaller and water doesn't drain property.

A decent hotel. Just that the lights in the room are quite dim. The toilets are functional and good.

It's a very neat hotel. Very close to Haram, and there is free bus service to and fro Haram. It is easier to connect and save you money on transport while performing your Hajj or Umrah. The services I received are topnotch and very accommodating and understanding members of staff. The hotel is a very good place to lodge for solo or group travellers in Mecca
