First time doing Umrah and this hotel was walking distance of about 10 minutes to the haram, and was not much costly for the 4 night stay for me and my family. I landed in the morning while my checkin was at 4 but the lady at reception was very kind to give me a room in advance. The luggage guy Alamgir was very helpful to take the luggage in the trolley and also helped with loading the luggage on my way out to Madina. The cleaning staff Salim was very polite and made sure the rooms were kept clean and also provided extra towels when needed. All in all, a very good experience for me and family and would prefer this hotel for the next trip as well.

I’m very disappointed with the condition of my current room. It is not clean, and I’ve even found insects inside, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the water is cold, making my stay even more uncomfortable. This is not the level of hygiene and service I expect from a hotel. I kindly requested the receptionist to change my room, but I was informed that no rooms are available. This is unacceptable, and I expect immediate action to resolve these issues or to escalate the matter to management.

Overall location wise 2 night stay was not bad apart from their communication system (no response from email, no response from WhatsApp number even though given mobile number on trip.com was not right.). Hotel Manager Mr Hamed service was not up to the level, he was not able to handle customers in professional way & he was rude with customers. Considering other factor like room service was very good, location outstanding 10 minutes walking distance. Shortly, i would say, if they don’t respect & value customers i would not go again, surrounding this many good hotel available where you can find room easily unless It's busy time.

I have to say that staying in the hotel is the best choice. Its walkable distance to Masjidil Haram. The hotel building is new, clean and the staff is very helpful.

Affordable price with the working distance from masjidil haram, clean rooms, and good response from the staff if we have any complaints.
There are three lifts in the hotel but there is no integration each other. Its only lift 1 and 2 integrated. So some times we need to stop in each level and take long time to reach the GF or just wait the lift come.
My reservation was getting the problem when I booked 2 rooms but I only got 1 room in the first day. However at the end they gave me the refund and compensation which is acceptable for me.

Great location, take 7 minutes to get to Haram courtyard. All amenities are very close by. Only negative are lift availibility. However I would stay again because of the price.
