When we arrived (me and my older teenage daughter and son) we were so disappointed… the hotel seemed hold, not clean, very small, not 4*. The room was small, especially considering we needed one extra bed. We stayed 6 nights and all these bad experiences we’re compensated by the way we were treated. From the reception staff (unfortunately I didn’t keep his name), to the bellboy Summit, to the restaurant staff especially during breakfast and at the egg corner, people would go out of their way to make our stay a better one. They even changed us for a bigger room without extra payment, as soon as they had one available. Although I don’t think it’s a 4* property, we enjoyed our stay here and felt very welcomed. The beach is a 5 min walk and the Colva Beach Village (with shops and restaurants) a 10-15min walk. Plenty of taxis if you don’t feel like walking.

The worst experience; never plan a trip to this hotel. You will regret it. We planned a memorable trip to Goa, and the hotel's management and quality ruined the trip. A true advisory. Swimming pool is so unhealthy, no cleanness maintained...

We recently organized a corporate meet at Salcete Beach Resort, and I must say it exceeded all our expectations. The venue was well-equipped for a professional gathering, with excellent seating arrangements, technical support, and a calm environment conducive to productive discussions. The hospitality extended by Mr. Saurav Mishra (General Manager) and his team was outstanding. Right from pre-event coordination to on-ground support during the event, everything was handled with utmost professionalism and warmth. The staff ensured that all our needs were met promptly, and the service was flawless. The serene beachfront location added a refreshing touch to the meet, allowing our team to unwind after the sessions. The food was delicious, the property was well-maintained, and the ambiance was perfect for blending business with relaxation. Highly recommended for corporate events, team offsites, and business retreats. Looking forward to hosting future events at Salcete!

Room A/C was ok but fan was not circulating air properly even when the speed was full. TV working manual should be available. Food quality was good but can be improved further. Service was appreciably good.

The room was spacious and clean. Entire ambience of the hotel was good. Mr Sarvajit and Mr Chandan Mishra were very receptive to the concerns raised and took extra efforts to resolve the issues. Captain Sonu was vigilant to the requirements of the customers and prepared delicious food as desired.

It was a wonderful experience, good service, best location and such agreat place to enjoy and rest with family. The best thing of the resort is the cooperation of the staff especially Capt. Sonu Pathak such a gem, he served us out of the way . He served all new iterms which we never experience or tested especially in mocktails/cocktails the way of making presenting and serving was unique, even locals should try to approach him. Such employees should be promoted by the management and should be take care of as such reviews dose not reach management easily. Best place to visit in south goa
