Logis le Cadusia

Stopped here again for the last night on our recent trip. The hospitality was so good the first time we had to stay again and it didn’t disappoint. Frederick and his team are very welcoming (not sure if we c=should be concerned that Frederick remembered us from our stay 2 months earlier 😆). The hotel is very easy to find and has ample free car parking available. The rooms are very, very comfortable and we had an excellent nights sleep. The restaurant serves excellent food and is excellent value for money. We will be back again in the future.

This was the last night of our trip and probably the best. The hotel is easy to find on the outskirts of town. There is ample free parking available and there is also a secure garage for bicycles and motorbikes. The owners are lovely and Kristel and Frederick (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) speak very good English. The rooms are very spacious, clean, very comfortable and very quiet (and working air conditioning). The food in the restaurant is excellent and very well reasonably priced. Thank you Frederick we will be back in the future.

Stayed at this really nice hotel for 1 night only on our touring holiday of France. Greeted by an older couple who we assume were the owners and their lovely dog, really nice people, the lady having every patience with my bad french but could speak some English, we were escorted to our room by her husband which is always a nice touch. If you want to park your car in their underground car park then just drive through the front car park and around to the side and back, you can then climb up some steps to get into the hotel reception but to be honest the large car park at the front of the hotel was much more convenient. Everything on one level, no stairs so very good access everywhere for disabled or elderly people. The hotel is modern, sort of in the middle of the countryside and has lovely views of fields and cows from the back patio and also some rooms overlook this quiet view. The staff were lovely, met the lovely cleaner from Mauritius who spoke perfect English, also the head waiter who had lived in England for several years, very genuine guy, ask his advice on the menu in the restaurant and you won’t go wrong. We had a lovely meal, frogs legs were delicious as was the lamb and the dessert. You can dine on the outside patio or inside. Breakfast was also good. The room was lovely, very spacious, lovely view with a balcony, table and chairs. The bed for us was a little on the firm side, would have been nicer with a topper pad. Everything clean and well looked after. Would definitely recommend a detour or stay if passing.

We were on a motorbike tour and fell upon this little oasis. Service, food and surroundings outstanding. Great value for money in an incredible location with green fields and Charolais cattle. Salmon rillette absolutely fantastic thank goodness they advise for two people.

Hôtel logis de tout confort. Très bonne literie, chambre impeccable, salle de bain propre. La restauration du soir plutôt classique sans plus. Très beau buffet de petit déjeuner , viennoiseries, pâtisseries, et un large choix de charcuterie disponible. J y retournerai les yeux fermés

Quel soulagement d'arriver chez vous après avoir été victimes d'un accident sur l'autoroute! Un accueil adorable, très chaleureux et très compréhensif. Tout de suite on se sent à l'aise et même réconforté. Notre chambre est spacieuse et très confortable. Grâce à un petit souci technique dans les toilettes, nous avons dû changer de chambre et ce fut encore pour un mieux car les chambres qui donnent sur la jolie campagne et la splendide église de Chaource ( à visiter !) sont encore plus agréables. Le balcon privatif présent dans chaque chambre est un plus. Quant aux différents repas ( petit déjeuner buffet et dîner) c'est un moment très savoureux où l'on se sent choyé et comblé. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et on a aussi apprécié le petit côté " pipelette". Bref que du bonheur !! Je conseille à 100% et même plus...
