The room was smaller than expected! We had no choice but to always go downstairs to the reception to request for services needed. The room had less pillows and couldn’t get comfortable,the didn’t allow food to be taken inside neither to warm it up with the microwave when cold. Worst of all we had to pay for wifi separately from the cost of the room for two nights!that was annoying and uncalled for. I hope they do better.

Perfect place to stay. Really loved a lot.

Staff was very happy and helpful, you leave a sign on your door for 11am if you need beds changed clean towels or extra tea bags etc. Was very happy with my stay, and will stay again

The Hotel as so clean...the staff wew fantastic.. I had my sons wake thre and Holly and Terrence and the chef worked tirelessly all hat Friday night to make it fantastic as these things can be... I canot thak them enough for what they did for my son...and I wouls no hesitation in recmending this hotel to all my friends and I will certainly be back..in fact Im looking to rebook in January... You have great staff..keep them... Best wishes Carol Roberts

All staff, without exception, were friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. My wife and I also had an evening meal and breakfast. The food was good quality and served hot. As my wife is Coeliac, food was available but limited choice for the evening meal. However, what was available was good quality.

I stayed here midweek in room 305 . Room was clean , fresh and spotless bathroom . Parking was adequate but busy . I found the staff extremely polite , helpful and professional. Location was great for me . My room faced a back street . Unfortunately you could hear people outside smoking chatting in the early hours but not a deal breaker . Local amenities all very close to. Shout out to all the staff and amazing staff who do the rooms . 10/10
