Bahut shandar Anubhav ....Aur yaha ka staff bahut accha hai. Satendra and veronica are very professional on their work they n we are satisfied with their service . Both of them are very kind and the spice restaurant is excellent and buffet food was amazing❤️❤️

Our first day at Saura Hotel in Agra started off slightly rocky with our room not being ready but there was a wedding on so can understand. The staff welcomed us with a drink and swiftly ensured our room to be ready. At the Cheers bar we were met with a steam punk vibe and some great cocktails. We decided to have the buffet dinner. The selection included a range of Asian, European and most importantly authentic local cuisine with the best naan and paratha! Desserts are decadent. Shashank waited on us and made sure we were properly taken care of. Beautiful hotel with great amenities. A must in Agra.

Have Stayed in this hotel for 2 Nights. Everything was fantabulous have liked the hospitality alot. Especial thanks to Mr Saurabh and his entire team for the F&B services. Will be coming again and again to this place. Chef were also so ccoperative. Good place for stay and relaxation

It's not a first time when I am visiting this hotel but I am very old customer of Ramada itself. About food I would like to day that the quality of food is good however you Can increase some more items into it as the person who don't want intake high calories, he don't have much options rest everything is fine. Hispatality is also good specially Tanya madam is very helpful to the guests.

Everything is very good and satisfactory happy with the services of the hotel. Staff behaviour is so good easy acces to every services.
