I recently stayed in a bungalow at this resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. When I first arrived, I discovered that the shower was broken. The pipe had a hole in it that sprayed water directly at my face, making it unusable. The Internet was not working either. Despite their efforts to improve it by placing a hotspot in my room, the internet was completely useless. If you need to conduct any online business, this is not the place for you. The door connecting to the outside did not reach the floor, so I had to push a towel against it every day to keep insects from entering. The bungalow itself was outdated, and there was no comfortable place to relax inside except for the bed. The only other piece of furniture was a hard plastic chair, which was far from inviting. If you plan to bring a tablet or laptop for entertainment, don't bother because the internet simply doesn't work. Additionally, the resort provides only two small bottles of water on the first day, with no replenishments afterward. This was quite inconvenient, especially considering the remote location of the resort. Speaking of location, the resort is extremely difficult to reach. You must travel down a dirt road for many miles, which can be quite challenging. The only positive aspect of my stay was the restaurant staff. They were kind and caring, providing excellent service. However, this was not enough to make up for the numerous issues I encountered. Overall, I cannot recommend this resort based on my experience. The bungalow was uncomfortable, the amenities were lacking, and the internet was non-functional. If you decide to stay here, be prepared for these challenges.

We booked the hotel for New Year's Eve & for two days after. It's a beautiful resort with spectacular views of the Indian Ocean. We arrived at 10.30a.m. & was told the room was not ready. We had to stay 4 + hours to go to our room. In the meantime the kids were getting hungry. Ordered a biryani + simple food. Took more than 1 & a half hours. Then the night on New Year's Eve, there was no food & nothing was organised. So I went to bed at 11.30p.m. there were many parents with kids, who suffered the same fate. It was very sad & disappointing. The Management was clueless. But on the first, there was a brunch well organised. Very good spread too. Why was the same not organised on New Year's Eve ❓ Friendly Staff. Also I suggest the management must have air conditioning in the pool villas. It's very hot during daytime. Also some privacy

Beautiful hotel with nice surroundings , a nice beach and a great restaurant. The hotel offers a large variety of accommodations, from 'simple' rooms to pool villas. All set in a garden or in a forested area, where you can see lemurs. Bring a flashlight to watch them at night.

Heute Vormittag sind wir im Antsanitia Resort angekommen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, das Zimmer großzügig und ansprechend. Der Empfang war freundlich, und wir wurden mit einem Welcome-Drink begrüßt. Trotzdem hat sich unsere Freude schnell etwas getrübt: Wir sind zu viert angereist, im Zimmer waren jedoch nur Handtücher für zwei Personen vorhanden. Am Pool gibt es leider keinen Service. Wenn man etwas trinken oder essen möchte, muss man ins Restaurant gehen. Gerade bei den hohen Temperaturen wäre ein Getränke- oder Snackservice am Pool sehr wünschenswert – und auch wirtschaftlich sinnvoll. Heute, am Sonntag, wurde ausschließlich ein Buffet angeboten. Wer nur eine Kleinigkeit essen möchte, muss bis 15 Uhr warten – Alternativen wurden nicht angeboten. Dass der Koch lieber mit der Band musiziert, statt sich um Gästewünsche zu kümmern, hat den unprofessionellen Eindruck leider verstärkt. Es ist schade, da wir uns auf die Tage hier besonders gefreut haben. Dieser Aufenthalt sollte ein Höhepunkt unserer Madagaskar-Reise sein – momentan fühlt es sich eher enttäuschend an. Wir hoffen sehr, dass sich der Service in den kommenden Tagen verbessert. Das Potenzial des Resorts ist auf jeden Fall da.

Un Havre de paix pour faire un reset , se recharger , couper du monde et se laisser bercer par la nature . Le personnel est d'une gentillesse et d'une bienveillance infinie . Des plats gourmets , gourmands . Un paysage à couper le souffle A refaire

Voilà ce qui s'appelle une belle rencontre. Avec avant tout un site à couper le souffle. L'océan Indien pour vous seul. Un calme olympien et des plages qui n'en finissent pas. Vous ne pourrez pas rester dessus il y fait trop chaud. Mais vous pouvez profiter de quelques pêcheur qui vous ferons griller langouste ou poissons de votre choix. Au tarif que l'indécence m'interdit de mentionner ( 9€ par tete). L'hôtel en lui même est propre, très propre. Vos chambres sont faites tout les jours y compris les serviettes. Oe bar va vous proposer tout les cocktails classiques et répondent à vos demandes spécifiques si c'est possible. La carte s'adresse à tout le monde. Salades, viandes, poissons et les tarifs restent tellement en dessous de nos habitudes françaises que c'est incroyable. Je termine par le personnel. Ils sont d'une gentillesse hors du commun. Ils connaissent vos prénoms et seront toujours à l'affût de vos besoins. Les yeux fermés...Allez y !
