for 3 consecutive nights the lock on the room's door with code did not work, despite promises it would be repaired. We had to call a nr and after quite some attempts the door was unlocked from distance

Barebones hostel, having a private room is really nice if you don’t want to share a room with 11 strangers. However, our check-in experience was a nightmare, as a neighbor had to contact the property owner to let me in as I was not given the code after checking in online. Furthermore the room’s floor tiles were not properly cemented to the ground. All of this being said, the neighborhood was great and not tourists-y and the front desk worker when she was there was very helpful and spoke great English.

If you want to stay cheap, it’s perfect but very noisy area night bathrooms are separate to rooms and toilet. Very noisy people used them all night, the reception man and the cleaner lady very good, looked after everything for us had to change room, as had leak in the night from the roof and the cleaning lady sorted out everything and changed our room straightaway with no complaints, very apologetic.

A cheaper overnight stay in a good central location of Madrid.

Esta en una zona muy insegura, había muchas patrullas toda la noche. La zona olia muy mal y al entrar apestaba a cigarro, los cuartos están tan conectados que se escucha lo de los otros , los del cuarto de al lado estuviera despiertos bebiendo hasta las 4am que fue cuando yo me salí del hotel

El personal excelente, el somier muy cómodo al igual que las almohadas. El acceso con un solo código para todas las entradas es muy cómodo. Sinceramente como Hostel está muy bueno! Los baños cómodos, con bidet y bañera, súper limpios!

Situado en la peor zona de Lavapiés Zona muy conflictiva No conocemos Madrid y al ubicarnos en el mapa y estar cerca de la Latina pensamos que era una buena opción … Hasta el taxista nos dijo que tuviéramos cuidado
