Our stay for a week at this marvellous hotel was exceptional. I stayed with my husband and 2 teenaged children. The rooms were wonderful - large and everything we needed in them - fabulous for a week. Most of all though, the service was excellent. From the restaurant team staff, to the driver who took us to the chairlifts, the housekeepers and the reception team - everybody was so kind and considerate. Mid-way into our stay I had a fall skiing which meant I stayed in the hotel for a few days; the staff could not do more for me to keep me comfortable. I felt so well looked after - they were truly amazing. We rarely return to the same hotel for skiing, but we certainly will return to DV Chalet. The dinners are stunning - make sure you order 3 or 4 courses, as each course is a little on the small side. The resort itself is exceptionally well thought through, with many modern restaurants and dwellings, while maintaining the character of the mountain region. The skiing itself was excellent - something for everyone.

Hotel team amazing - professional, friendly, helpful, kind. Food was fantastic - creative, traditional, high quality. Location was a 10-15 min walk to main ski lifts, or there's a hotel shuttle. Our room was smaller but you can choose. I'd come back!

Being active lifestyle and good food enthusiasts, we were recommended DV Chalet for our skiing holidays. What is great about the hotel? Romanian driver bringing us to the slopes and back daily and dinners. Why would we not recommend it? 1) The room was super tiny and not conformable to place cloth. 2) Room is super dark - don't even dream to read 3) Internet - goes up and down, not suitable for work in case You need a conf call 4) Sound isolation - don't exists. We had 2 barking dogs in the room near by. Therefore I was not able to sleep 5) Normally after skiing or SPA You have clothes You would like to dry - there is absolutely no space for it and hotel representative said that they can't help with it; 6) People in the restaurant don't speak English and are not attentive 7) Would You like to get eggs for breakfast - you better go to the restaurant outside as it will take at least 30 min + You better have a translator with You as anything rather than an omelette is not understood (boiled eggs, sunny side up....). In general breakfast is very poor and served in a weird way. 8) Delivery to slopes - only nearest slope Spinate is arranged by the hotel, even if agency told differently 9) SPA - is rather cosy, but if You are coming with a kids / teens be prepared that they could use it only till 5 pm and in general they are not allowed to sauna.

We want to thank DV Chalet Boutique Hotel for the excellent experience we had there. The service, food, accomodation and spa were amazing. However, a special gratitude goes to the exceptional owners and personnel at the reception! We were not that lucky and one of us got injured on the slopes. The staff at the hotel was super helpful and ensured that we get all the help we need. This is the hotel that provides not only exceptional service as an accommodation place, but they also deliver outstanding support for its guests. Thank you a lot. Tomas&Jolita

Con nostra grande sorpresa (non venivamo a Campiglio da qualche anno) abbiamo trovato una località quasi spopolata: malgrado questo, noi abbiamo ritrovato il nostro DV di sempre, malgrado il numero ridotto di clienti. Servizi ottimi, pulizia eccezionale, atmosfera di gran classe, ristorante (il Bistrot, perchè il Dolomieu era chiuso) assolutamente all'altezza (Fiorenzo Perremuto è uno chef di ottimo livello). Ma soprattutto l'accoglienza, sia da parte della famiglia Zambotti (sempre presente) sia della Direttrice Lorella, di una gentilezza e disponibilità veramente fuori dal comune. Un complimeto anche a tutto il personale! In questo nostro ritorno al DV Chalet non abbiamo trovato una sola nota stonata. Complimenti!

● Il proprietario l'unico in grado di capire lo spirito profondo della Val Rendena e di teorizzarlo. ● Lo chef che ha trasferito in cucina la sua potente vocazione all'arte. ● Il maitre: impeccabile e super preparato. Decisamente da provare e riprovare.
