Our stay for a week at this marvellous hotel was exceptional. I stayed with my husband and 2 teenaged children. The rooms were wonderful - large and everything we needed in them - fabulous for a week. Most of all though, the service was excellent. From the restaurant team staff, to the driver who took us to the chairlifts, the housekeepers and the reception team - everybody was so kind and considerate. Mid-way into our stay I had a fall skiing which meant I stayed in the hotel for a few days; the staff could not do more for me to keep me comfortable. I felt so well looked after - they were truly amazing. We rarely return to the same hotel for skiing, but we certainly will return to DV Chalet. The dinners are stunning - make sure you order 3 or 4 courses, as each course is a little on the small side. The resort itself is exceptionally well thought through, with many modern restaurants and dwellings, while maintaining the character of the mountain region. The skiing itself was excellent - something for everyone.

This was our 5th time staying at DV Chalet, and it was as fantastic as ever. If anything, the food is even better than the last time we visited. We ate in the restaurant a few times (not the high end, Michelin, restaurant, just the "regular" restaurant for guests). If you stay half board, the evening meals are really, really high quality - a set menu that varies every day, and an a la carte, with some delicious regular dishes on it. We loved everything we ate. In addition, the staff are fabulous - super friendly and really, really helpful. Special mention for Daniel, who drives guests to and from the slopes - again, really helpful and friendly, available all day (up to 6pm) and great with our kids as well. The location is central - easy to walk to the town centre. And the spa is a good place to relax and unwind - small pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and water beds.

Being active lifestyle and good food enthusiasts, we were recommended DV Chalet for our skiing holidays. What is great about the hotel? Romanian driver bringing us to the slopes and back daily and dinners. Why would we not recommend it? 1) The room was super tiny and not conformable to place cloth. 2) Room is super dark - don't even dream to read 3) Internet - goes up and down, not suitable for work in case You need a conf call 4) Sound isolation - don't exists. We had 2 barking dogs in the room near by. Therefore I was not able to sleep 5) Normally after skiing or SPA You have clothes You would like to dry - there is absolutely no space for it and hotel representative said that they can't help with it; 6) People in the restaurant don't speak English and are not attentive 7) Would You like to get eggs for breakfast - you better go to the restaurant outside as it will take at least 30 min + You better have a translator with You as anything rather than an omelette is not understood (boiled eggs, sunny side up....). In general breakfast is very poor and served in a weird way. 8) Delivery to slopes - only nearest slope Spinate is arranged by the hotel, even if agency told differently 9) SPA - is rather cosy, but if You are coming with a kids / teens be prepared that they could use it only till 5 pm and in general they are not allowed to sauna.

We want to thank DV Chalet Boutique Hotel for the excellent experience we had there. The service, food, accomodation and spa were amazing. However, a special gratitude goes to the exceptional owners and personnel at the reception! We were not that lucky and one of us got injured on the slopes. The staff at the hotel was super helpful and ensured that we get all the help we need. This was our 4th time at DV chalet, but first time since 2019, and we were pleased to find that it was still as fantastic as ever. Most importantly, the staff are all amazing - super helpful, great with our kids, and always willing to sort things out for us (restaurant reservations, airport transfers, sending forgotten items to us back home etc). Thank you Remo, Sabrina, Lorella, Daniel, Francesco and Antonella!! Secondly, the food is all amazing, great breakfast and fantastic dinners - they made a huge effort on Valentine's Day, and then on the Tuesday there was a special regional menu. Really good. Finally, the location is great for skiing - Daniel does the drop off and pick up very efficiently, only a few minutes to several different lifts. The rooms are all a good size and nicely decorated/furnished. Plus there's a spa with pool, sauna, therapist available (amazing massage). Highly recommended

Vacanza perfetta al Dv chalet! Camera bellissima con vista, colazione eccezionale ed esperienza al ristorante stellato da 10 e lode! Ho adorato la spa perfetta in tutto, sauna, bagno turco, grotta salina e docce emozionali! L’hotel è posizionato perfettamente, qualche minuto a piedi e si è subito al centro di Madonna di Campiglio, servizio navetta per gli impianti top! Torneremo sicuramente è stata una bellissima esperienza!

Sono stato due notti in questo bellissimo boutique hotel. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti in modo molto gentile e devo proprio dire che hanno soddisfatto ogni richiesta ed ogni esigenza. Non ho mai ricevuto un servizio così avvolgente ed attento, direi che tutto il soggiorno è stato a 5 stelle. La qualità del cibo per le cena è veramente molto alta, compresa la qualità della colazione. Il servizio per la parte ristorazione e colazione impeccabile, con il maitre, molto simpatico, ed il suo staff. Lo chef stellato presente dalla mattina è sempre stato molto gentile. Centro benessere curato e pulito. Camere meravigliose, cura dei dettagli e pulizia ottima, cambio di asciugamani la sera molto apprezzato. Vi faccio i miei complimenti e vi ringrazio molto per il soggiorno. Bravissimi anche al ricevimento e la proprietaria gentile e presente. Continuate così, ci rivedremo presto.
