A excellent experience all round, perfect location to the lift and slopes, so close to the slope that it's less than 75m so it's almost ski right to the door! lovely staff throughout, great breakfast options, high standard evening restaurant, lovely comfortable bedroom, great sauna and spa, I will be going back!

It is comfortable, quiet, relaxing with a top notch standard and service. The hotel itself is charming in its alpine style with lot of wood and warm interior design. The bedrooms are nicely decorated, super comfortable and with plenty of space to store your clothes and belongings. The bathroom is large with a great rainfall shower. Some rooms also have bathtubs and some even equipped with your own sauna in the room. To note, the standard double rooms do not have the spectacular views since they are located on the backside facing the forrest. The junior suites come with or without balcony. The Junior Suites Panorama have different arrangements; with a middle wall where you can turn the TV towards sitting area or bed area, or one large comfortable room with sitting area and wall-mounted tv (believe the latter room is slightly larger). We had the chance to see the suites and they are also fantastic. The Superior Relax Suite has a large bathroom with double sinks, bathtub and shower. The Luxury Tower Suites has a sauna. We opted for the half-pension, and boy, we were not disappointed! Every evening is a new a la carte menu with a buffé, antipasti, primi, secondi and dessert. Each sub-dish comes with several choices, and everything is delicious! The chef is giving each dish his love, care and attention. The buffet breakfast is likewise superb with plenty of different choices and a a la carte menu for different hot dishes. I am glad we spent the days skiing otherwise we would have ended up rolling out of the hotel. They have an extensive wine list for all tastes with reasonable prices. The restaurant has an excellent, friendly and attentive staff. All the waiters know their work and execute the service with finesse. The friendliness and professional attention is a key word in this hotel. It is a family atmosphere but yet with a polite and respectful treatment of the guests. Lovely 4 star hotel Would definitely recommend a stay here We used all the facilities and had a treatment as an extra Right next to the Spinale cable car - with a bit of skill you can ski in! Great secure ski storage Lovely concierge and greeting on arrival Breakfast great choice (fancy eggs extra - but poached/omelette not) One evening meal £££ - ate out the other nights Ate lunch from bar menu everyday. Very good with gluten free. To indicate how good the hotel is… our only gripe was no free water in the room, lack of enough hooks and very warm room despite asking for help turning heating down - resolved by opening window!!!

Excellent mountain hotel. Very helpful staff. Fine dining. Family business run to the best standards. Recommended for family or couples. BTW great location in Madonna. Super close to Spinale cable and 5 min from the center. Good after ski facilities

This is the second time we have been to this lovely hotel and it was just as special this year as last year. The hotel has an incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere but is also extremely elegant, comfortable and professionally run. The staff are fantastic, friendly, kind and helpful. The food is wonderful and the Cerana family do everything they can to make one's stay as perfect as possible. We really love it and cannot wait to return!

This is a lovely, friendly hotel, which is well located and has excellent staff. When we arrived we had an unbelievably warm welcome. Our room was ready, was well equipped and tastefully furnished. It is very close to the ski lift and had a boot and ski storage area in the basement. The hotel sent us a discount code to order our Lift passes in advance, which turned out to be a very simple process. The spa is lovely and has everything you need to relax after a day skiing. We loved having aperitifs in the lounge area in the evening and these were served with a lovely array of snacks. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, they were incredibly friendly, efficient and helpful. Particular thanks to Lorenzo and Giovanni who were so welcoming every day. Thank you, we had a really lovely time.

Five adults plus one 2 year old child stayed here for one week over the New Year period. This hotel is superb in every way - the food,the welcome,the dining experience and also a stupendous New Year bash. For the past twenty years,except for Covid,we have been coming as a family to Italy to ski for New Year,and in that time we have stayed in some mighty fine hotels,but this one,in my opinion,is the best. Also Madonna is a great town with a very convivial atmosphere,the centre of which is close to the hotel,as are the ski lifts. Highly recommended.

The rooms are very nice however ours had a roof of the underneath porch which blocked 60% of the view. The front desk staff was forcing us to pay 400 instead of the promotional 380. They were saying that the promotion is valid 24 hours before checking in, however this was not mentioned in the conditions of the promotion on the official website of the hotel. None of the benefits listed on the webpage as part of the 380 promotion were offered to us, such as Dolomeet Card and Trentino Guest Card. Instead, we were treated with a polemic tone and not nice attitude. Parking is 15 euros per day, no indications are given on when to park for free. This is very unusual for the mountain area as most of the hotels provide free parking on site. If there was such an option, we were not informed about such. Breakfast. I have asked for hard-boiled eggs. Both mornings the egg was raw inside which I could not eat because of health condition. I have asked for a coffee. After 20 minutes of waiting and 3 waiters on the floor servicing just a few tables but spending way long time chatting with some habitual guests, I had to raise my hand and call (!) to get someone to take away dirty dishes from my table and get my coffee. The waiter, very impolitely, replied that he will bring the coffee. He brought me a coffee with milk while I have ordered it without. I had to wait to get another coffee and since nobody came I went to ask the waiter. The second coffee was brought but it was already cold. Overall the rooms are quite nice, and the spa as well. The service must be good if you are an old customer. The staff will spend time with you and cuddle you. As a new customer I would not give more than 2 stars to their service and staff attitude towards customers.

The hotel is in a great position nearby the centre of Madonna di Campiglio and really close to the “cabinovia” Spinale. The hotel staff stood out as the true gems of this establishment. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met promptly and with a warm smile. Their genuine kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms were a haven of comfort and cleanliness, providing a serene escape after a day of exploring. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel also caters to families with young children, as the accommodations were thoughtfully equipped to meet their needs.
