BEDROOM & BATH This second floor apartment sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Nearby attractions include John’s Pass (a boardwalk and shopping area), Alligator Attraction, a wildlife learning center, and the Pirate Ship Royal Conquest (a pirate-themed boat offering daily sailing excursions for the whole family). Golf opportunities and multiple marinas are also available within a 2-mile radius. We are located just a few short steps from famous Dockside Dave’s, they are well known for their mouthwatering grouper, jumbo onion rings and famous key lime pie, they are a local favorite! ***We supply starter toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and dish detergent, if additional items are needed during your stay there are several stores within close proximity that you are able to purchase supplies. Your reservation includes 1 free assigned parking space, additional spaces may be available upon request for a fee of $25 per day . Any guests that are not listed on the reservation are allowable with host permission and a $20 per day fee for each additional guest. *LIABILITY. This home is privately owned.
