I want to give this place 5 stars because the building seems brand new and has a lot of potential. There are a lot of problems with this hotel. It seems like that housekeeping is non-existent throughout the hotel. There are crumbs, grass clippings and food debris everywhere. In the dining area, lobby, stair wells and hallway during my 3 day stay. The gym had no towels and no sanitizing wipes to clean the equipment. I called down to the front desk for sanitizing wipes and towels and the agent said “I’ll bring you towels.” The business center had non-working computers. The breakfast was out of everything at 830-900 every single day. I was here on the weekend. The lady working the kitchen was disorganized. The food stations were not cleaned, nothing was being filled, and the garbage had no liners so everyone was throwing trash in a box with no liner in the bin. I can understand one day but this was every single day. They need to hire her more help. I have never experienced this at any HOMEWOOD suites. Ok, the positives. My room during check in was very clean, it was quiet, comfortable, and the gym is very nice. The gym is very big and has everything you need for a full work-out. Free weights, elliptical, bikes, treadmills, medicine balls and a pulley station. I hope management fixes everything because this place has a lot of potential.
