有近百年歷史的酒店，以復古懷舊為主題，智能且充滿環保理念的設計重現🎉🎉🎉五一期間能順利訂房入住非常幸運！20、30、40年代的主題設計，呈現不同的古典風格，可以來三次🤣

感覺進了博物館一樣，感受到了澳門的歷史文化，很喜歡這樣的風格，我家長者也是更喜歡這樣的復古風。裝修豪華現代的酒店到處都是，但是像這樣的有特點的酒店還是很少見的，老闆很有情懷。

性價比非常高的一家酒店，服務態度很好，早餐很驚喜，雖然房間不算太大，但是很乾凈，設施不錯，還有免費迷你吧，紅酒飲料任意享用。天台能清晰看到大三巴和新葡京，景色不錯。出門就是公交車站，下樓走兩步到大三巴牌坊，相當便利。

For facilities and location is perfect. Everything is new and unexpected welcome beverages inside room. But staffs need to be more careful about service standard. -3 staffs standing in front door chitchatting and I had to open the door (with my luggage) by myself. Then no instructions where to check in lobby until I asked. One lady (make up point) escorted us to 4/f and let us sit before check in. -Front desk. Do not familiar with check in system (repeat several times booking under who’s name or details when I already handed my ID and she just asked without checking in the system). Got rooms but uncertain if ready to checkin. She tried to asked senior and senior give unclear answers which lower the efficiency and wasting guest time. Staffs not familiar with pos machine which needs to be careful……. Last thing is, 3 person seems management re smoking just outside the main door. Is raining with “red” status. Not proactively stand behind / open door but just smoking and chatting in front of the main door which need to be aware even is concierge should always assist …. As new opening, I wish this hotel can grow stronger and stay long. Let’s see next time if I come back will have any changes

非常棒的房間，歷史悠久，環境優美，非常出片。。。陽台房首選813合適，直接看到新葡京**。周邊美食很多，步行幾分鐘到大三巴，到炮台。

房間是重新裝修過的，非常復古，裏面的設施非常有質感，位置就在去大三巴的附近，議事庭地那裡，早餐是中西兩種選擇，單獨份提供，五一是剛剛開業，屬於試營業期間，房間滿房，前台服務都不錯，同比這個位置的其他酒店優越很多。

裝飾很漂亮，中式復古風，很新，親子出行很方便。也沒有很複雜的**氛圍。很喜歡。服務特別好，早餐很精緻，配套設施完善。很貼心。超出預期。非常推薦

Pro: I loved the good reception from the staff at the point of entry, guide to the check-in counter and toured me through the room and told me a brief history about the floor. I loved the technology behind the room control system. Good interior and a comfortable bed that keep asleep all day 😊. The food service taste good. Con’s: Reception doesn’t look organized. Had to wait for about 6min watching them before attending to me. I ordered food room service and had to handle the door for them to put the food in the room. I had breakfast at a restaurant, I had to wait for a long time for my food like 30mins, even though I saw other people who ordered after me like getting their food first. I had to talk to a waiter to find out how much longer I had to wait. The restaurant was noisy, unorganized and felt invisible , and the staff seemed busy and rushed. I also noticed that some people had to wait a long time for their drinks. The staff didn't pay much attention to us unless we approached them. And also the food was coldish in the end. Suggestions: Organization structure should be improved and also pay attention to. Overall I love my stay here, will definitely come back and see the improvements of the services.

百年歷史的新中央酒店 已聽聞多年 終於如期重現 有種穿越時空的感覺 每一個樓層都是個不同的世界 很感慨也很敬佩 專業的歷史導賞員熱心地 帶我穿越了三個不同的時代 唯一遺憾的是 量身訂製一套旗袍再來 包括酒店門童的制服也是中山裝 甚至有種葉問的感覺 早餐在碧麗宮食用的 也真的很好吃且具備性價比 這次穿越了四十年代 下回有機會打算感受一下三十年代的露台房 聽說有不少明星也住過 總體而言 真的超出我的想像！
