We had the best time in Cousins Boutique Hotel in Maastricht. **Hotel Review:** IThe rooms were stylishly designed with a great attention to detail, making the experience feel both luxurious and comfortable. The location is perfect—right in the city center but still very calm and peaceful, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere amidst the urban setting. The staff were incredibly forthcoming and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend staying here!

We received a very warm welcome from Joe, who owns and runs the hotel with his Cousin Jean. He explained the history of the building, which as a Scotsman I found especially interesting as it had previously been a hat factory at one time, owned and run by the Scottish Campbell family (after some of whose members the rooms are named). We stayed in 'Olivia' which was a fabulous, stylish and generously proportioned room. Very comfortable bed and separate shower and toilet. We didn't use the mini bar but it was very well stocked ! We were in Maastricht for the weekend to attend the Andre Rieu concert in the Vrijthof and the hotel is literally a two minute walk from the square ! Jean and Joe were both extremely welcoming and informative and the lovely Kate served us a very nice fresh breakfast each morning. I can't praise the hotel too much as it exceeded all of our expectations. We definitely intend to stay there on our next visit to Maastricht !!

A wonderful new little hotel in the middle of the old town (but super quiet) and with a private parking lot in the back. Our room "Luke" was on the first floor and furbished with taste. It overlooked a private garden with a Magnolia in full bloom. Beds werde great. Breakfast was delicious! As early risers it was a bit hard to wait until 8:30h to get breakfast, but in view of the hotel's great staff, we're sure that they would have accomodated us with an earlier breakfast had we asked for it. Everything in walking distance of the absolutely beautiful town of Maastricht. TO BE RECOMMENDED A 100%.

Exceptional! A beautifully designed hotel, the guys that own it are amazing hosts, so attentive and could not have done anything more to make our stay any more perfect! They take a huge amount of pride in the hotel and do everything themselves, from the bar, breakfast service, reception and cleaning, a lovely family feel to the place. Will definitely be back to this little gem!

Onze verwachtingen waren hoog, mede door de vele goede reviews die we vooraf hadden gelezen. Het hotel ligt op een uitstekende locatie in het centrum van Maastricht. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk. Onze kamer was schoon, origineel ingericht en had een goed en ruim bed. Helaas ervaarden we ook nadelen: • Toen we aan het einde van de middag terugkwamen in het hotel, bleken er geen medewerkers meer aanwezig te zijn. De receptie en de daarbij behorende doorsteek naar de parkeerplaats waren afgesloten. Voor zover wij konden zien, werden nergens contactgegevens vermeld. Wat onhandig was toen we met een vraag zaten. • Het internet was traag en instabiel, wat ook invloed had op de tv – die daardoor vaak niet goed functioneerde. Teleurstellend op een dag waarbij er belangrijk wereldnieuws te bekijken was. • De kamer was gehorig, waardoor we regelmatig last hadden van geluiden van de gasten boven ons. Helaas viel het verblijf ons dus iets tegen, vooral als het gaat om de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Voor het bedrag dat we betaalden, hadden we meer verwacht.

Een luxe compleet hotel wat toch aanvoelt zoals je huiskamer. Maar dan met de persoonlijke aandacht van 2 vriendelijke gastheren. In alles, van het ontbijt tot het gebruik van de diverse verzorgings producten, merk je de aandacht voor het mileu en komt verspilling niet voor in dit hotel.
