카본 호텔(Carbon Hotel)

We have stayed at this hotel over the past years, and this time was terrible. The room was not very clean. There was dirt on the floor, breadcrumbs (?) on the coffee table table, blue-ish stain on the robe, used coffee pod still in the coffee machine… Also, it seems that the hotel is really trying to cut costs which affects the quality of your stay. The room is not automatically cleaned everyday like every other hotel. You have to hang the sign on your door to ask for cleaning. This is something that they should inform you of when you check in. Only the mattress topper has a sheet. The mattress below is totally exposed without a sheet or covering. There were only 2 coffee pods for a double room. One was decaffeinated and one was regular. So only one person could have a regular coffee. It was a very disappointing stay. Never again

Reception was not available on 29th at 15h00. I booked and paid a Spa session for a colleague at 15h00 and because the fact that nobody was at the reception, he left. When I informed the reception about this the next morning she confirmed that nobody was available at that time at that I will get a voucher for a next session. Till now I didn't receive any confirmation.

Very descent hotel nearby everything you need. The beds are huge and the hotel guest’s entrance to the wellness area is a plus. Breakfast is a feast and sets the good mood to start you day in Genk/Limburg Reception staff could be a little bit concerned though

I like the design of the room, very modern. Except the black floor, walls and curtains are hiding the dirt. It didn’t feel like a clean room with spots on walls and floor. The hairdryer is sticky. It’s a pity because hotel is located at a prime location and breakfast is excellent! Personnel staff also very friendly.

The room, the bed wasn’t clean, nobody was there, when I wanted to check out. It was loud in the room, There is a lot of light and noise in the backyard, the towel at the shower was not clean. The lighting in the room does not work. Too bad for a high price a poor quality.

Very nice modern hotel. The bed is big and soft, good shower and our room had a bath. There was even a window that could be opened. The only thing That bothered us , that we couldn’t find the switch to turn of one led light. The breakfast buffet is very complete. So for us it was a very nice pleasant surprise to have such a good hotel. We will definitely will come back

The staff was basically unable to describe the location of the parking. They could not communicate, or apparently understand, north-south-east-west. Nice enough inside. Breakfast was good, but probably overpriced. Bathroom in the room was very dark, and made using the mirror almost impossible.

The room smelled slightly of sewer air. by telephone, in the manual in the room and on the hotel TV channel it is stated that Wellness is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in reality that is only as of 3 p.m.. The 700 m2 wellness advertised actually consists of 2 saunas of 6 m2, a broken Turkish steam bath, an almost broken experience shower, and the rest is a rest area. The rooms are nice, neat and large with a nice bathroom
