The staff were friendly but parking was an issue - part of the car park was closed which meant difficult finding space and one morning we were woken to move our car due to the work being carried out. The bathroom was not esp clean. There is no aircon so had to have window open - woken one morning by strimming outside our window, another by lorry delivering. There is no mobile signal and the WiFi doesn’t work - to be fair the staff did give us the extra WiFi package, which was more reliable

Dangerous electrics. My son was electrocuted in his room when switching a lamp on. Have had awful response from the company basically called me a liar. Manager checked room after it was full of smoke and he told us he had complained about the electrics there before so they were aware there was a fault. My 3 children were in that room, it’s negligent.

This hotel has no air-conditioning and my room was on the first floor which faced the sun in the afternoon, the heat was unbearable, they provided a fan but that was insufficient to cool the room down

The hotel was ok, friendly staff and decent food. The stay was spoilt by the temperature of the room. 29 degrees on the first night, 26 degrees on the second. We got very little sleep and the fan provided did nothing to bring the temperature down. Not great preparation for the Dragon ride!

Never been to this premier inn and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We had pre booked breakfast but my friends hadn’t so they added it on no problem. Breakfast was very nice hot food made to order

The location is ideal — just off the motorway, making it really convenient for travel, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The room was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and exactly what you’d expect from a Premier Inn — comfortable bed, powerful shower, and everything you need for a short or extended stay. What really stood out to me was the service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed — from check-in to local recommendations. Overall, I’d highly recommend this Premier Inn if you’re visiting the area or just passing through. Great value, great service, and a very comfortable stay.
