'Belmond Monasterio: The Best Hotel in Cusco, Beyond Any Comparison Without exaggeration, Belmond Monasterio is the best hotel in Cusco. Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice. The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.'

'石畳の街を歩き、重厚な扉をくぐった瞬間、まるで時がゆるやかにほどけていくようでした。古い修道院を改装したホテルは、荘厳でありながらも温かく、石壁に灯る柔らかな光が旅人をやさしく迎えてくれます。 チェックインの時に感じた標高の高さも、スタッフの細やかな気配りと、ロビーに漂う落ち着いた香りに包まれていると、すっと軽くなるような気がしました。中庭のアーチを見上げると、過去と現在が静かに重なり合い、クスコという街そのものの魂に触れているようでした。 部屋に入ると、静けさの中に漂う温もりが心を落ち着かせてくれます。窓の外に広がる石造りの街並みは、日ごとに違う表情を見せ、夜には星々がひときわ近く輝いていました。 ここで過ごした時間は、ただの宿泊ではなく、心を深く潤す体験。古の気配と現代の快適さが溶け合う空間で、旅の一瞬一瞬が大切な思い出へと変わっていきました。'

'쿠스코 중심가는 아니지만 중앙 광장까지 5~10분 정도면 갈 수 있을 만큼 가깝습니다. 마추픽추에 갔을 때 호텔에 짐을 맡겼는데, 돌아왔을 때 예약한 방에서 이미 우리를 기다리고 있었습니다. 침대/방 크기는 적당했고, 욕실은 작았지만 겨울에는 선풍기가 샤워실/변기에 바로 연결되어 있어서 좀 추웠습니다. 그래도 전반적으로 서비스는 좋았습니다. 아침 식사도 괜찮았지만, 레스토랑 직원이 부족한 것 같았습니다.'
