Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice. The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.'

'石畳の街を歩き、重厚な扉をくぐった瞬間、まるで時がゆるやかにほどけていくようでした。古い修道院を改装したホテルは、荘厳でありながらも温かく、石壁に灯る柔らかな光が旅人をやさしく迎えてくれます。 チェックインの時に感じた標高の高さも、スタッフの細やかな気配りと、ロビーに漂う落ち着いた香りに包まれていると、すっと軽くなるような気がしました。中庭のアーチを見上げると、過去と現在が静かに重なり合い、クスコという街そのものの魂に触れているようでした。 部屋に入ると、静けさの中に漂う温もりが心を落ち着かせてくれます。窓の外に広がる石造りの街並みは、日ごとに違う表情を見せ、夜には星々がひときわ近く輝いていました。 ここで過ごした時間は、ただの宿泊ではなく、心を深く潤す体験。古の気配と現代の快適さが溶け合う空間で、旅の一瞬一瞬が大切な思い出へと変わっていきました。'

'호텔 직원은 매우 환영하고 객실은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 냄새가 없으며 침구는 편안하며 위치는 광장과 매우 가깝습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 풍부하고 매우 맛있습니다. 로비에는 항상 코카 차가 있으며, 뜨거운 차를 마시기 위해 외출하는 것이 매우 치유됩니다. 식당에서 저녁을 먹고 연어는 맛있었고 디저트 (마카롱과 초콜릿)도 배달되었습니다. 이 이틀 밤은 매우 즐겁고 편안한 숙박 경험입니다. 적극 권장합니다. 다음에 ～'

'古宅改造成的酒店，內部相當大，而且非常有地方特色，公共休息區域很多，庭院景觀也很美。角角落落常常有驚喜，有古董傢俱裝飾，氛圍感拉滿。房間很寬敞，洗手間也很大，有獨立衞生間和淋浴房，獨立陽台可以休息和欣賞街景。前台可以寄存行李，距離市中心武器廣場2分鐘步行距離。'
