알핀 & 스파 리조트 슈바르첸슈타인

이 호텔에서 3박을 하고 돌아왔는데 정말 최고였습니다. 알프스를 처음 경험해 봤는데, 스위트 아우리나(Suite Aurina)를 예약했습니다. 발코니에 자쿠지가 있어서 아름다운 산 전망을 감상할 수 있었고, 객실에 사우나도 있었습니다. 5성급 리조트라고 해도 과언이 아닐 정도로 기대 이상이었습니다. 호텔과 레스토랑 직원들 모두 친절하고 전문적이었습니다. 호텔 스파 시설도 정말 좋았고, 근처 스키 리프트까지 무료 버스 티켓이 있어서 관광이나 산책을 즐기기에도 좋았습니다. 인스브루크 공항까지 택시를 예약하는 것도 친절하게 도와주었고, 요금은 택시 기사에게 직접 지불했습니다. 호텔에서 몇 분만 걸어가면 동네 상점들도 있습니다. 음식도 훌륭했고, 아침과 저녁 식사를 같은 테이블에서 먹을 수 있어서 더욱 특별한 경험이었습니다. 벌써 다른 사람들에게 이 호텔을 추천하기 시작했습니다. 한적한 산 속 휴양을 원한다면 이곳에 묵어보세요.

A great stay with family and friends. Beautifully located and decorated hotel as well as hotel apartments. All our senses enjoyed the design, the food, the luxury, the wellness and the surroundings. We will be back!

It is a four star and not a five star hotel but the newly built suites and spa have a clear five star potential. The service was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great and it is an excellent place to chill and hike. The food was excellent, some minor things does do apply for five stars: missing good air condition on the suites, the bikes were new but small finally the dinner rooms could be split to an adults only only and family section as this is offered for spa and sky pool which is a superior experience. It gets quite busy at dinner at the buffet and the waiters are quite busy. The place at hotel pools etc. is never crowed and you have plenty of options. The Schwarzenberg Suite is one of the best ones we have seen, a lot of space. Prices are very reasonable compared to the offering throughout the day. We can recommend that place.

A lovely family run destination hotel in Luttach / Lutago. Positives + Very modern & stylish + Fantastic spa and swimming facilities - the adults only rooftop pools are incredible + Food is very good, particularly at dinner with the 5-7 course menu + Very well thought-out ski / parking facilities - every room has its own parking space below ground. The ski shuttle stops right outside the ski boot locker & the ski room has great kit drying lockers. Really simple to get on and off the slopes - the hotel is just a 5 minute shuttle bus trip to the Speikboden cable car. - Good kids club for the under 7s - Well appointed rooms, generous in size - 60m long waterslide with timer that the kids loved - Fantastic indoor / outdoor pools - Really friendly helpful staff Suggestions for small improvements - larger bath towels for rooms - Rooms / hotel generally can feel a bit too hot in winter - you don't need to bring warm clothes for the hotel & will most of the time be in a robe / slippers (bring your own sliders / flip flops) - bed linen / pillows are synthetic - I expect to be able to launder them easily but it does make you a little hot at night - the first family room we had was close to a lift and you could hear it operating - reception quickly moved us to a garden room which was blissfully quiet - the kids menu could benefit with a little bit more variety for fussy kids - thin pizza, burger etc, maybe? - there could be some better entertainment in the juniors room (currently just a PS4 and an Xbox). Maybe a couple of retro arcade consoles, an air hockey or a light up touch wall to keep older kids busy after they've eaten dinner and their parents want to be left alone (the playroom is geared up to younger children)? Overall a really impressive destination hotel. It is clear that the family management are working very hard to make sure guests have a lovely stay. Christmas here was lovely - Santa in the bar giving out gifts (you need to provide to reception in advance) and a brass section playing hymns during dinner. Very atmospheric. We will be recommending Schwarzenstein to our friends and family. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Our kids are dying to return!

Conosciamo lo Schwarzestein da almeno 30 anni. Negli ultimi 10 abbiamo soggiornato almeno 2 volte l’anno. Struttura iconica per eleganza, rispetto e valorizzazione del paesaggio. Servizi, ristorazione, accoglienza, arredi e SPA di altissimo livello.

Siamo stati qua 4 notti, la cucina davvero sublime mangiato benissimo e servizio ottimo complimenti!Il titolo parla chiaro, panorama rilassante voto 100, ma hotel confusionario.In teoria le zone sauna e relax dovrebbero appunto essere di relax ma così non è... dalle 11 alle 14 (che puntualmente dura di più visto che nessuno controlla)è consentita anche ai bambini (?)il delirio. I bambini praticamente non pagano e sarà anche per questo che ci sono sopratutto loro.Andate direttamente nella zona solo adulti, più piccola ma almeno non troverete schiamazzi.Se pensate che la maggior parte della gente vada a sciare scordatevelo, resteranno quasi tutti qua. Durante i pasti e sopratutto dopo cena la bolgia, nessun controllo, i bambini mollati da soli e la possibilità di bersi un cocktail o fare 4 chiacchieri impossibile. Capisco che non sia un only adulti ma neanche un family resort aime alle famiglie maleducate e' consentito davvero tutto. Peccato davvero, il potenziale e' pazzesco ma per coppie in cerca di pace e relax non lo consiglierei... cibo ottimo, signore delle pulizie gentilissime sopratutto la signora delle stanze 220 in poi. Per una vacanza all'insegna della pace sceglierei altro visto anche il costo ma complimenti allo staff!
