It is a good place to stay in Lumberton NC when you are traveling on a budget. Customer service is very friendly. attentive.

Budget friendly. Friendly staff. Clean room. Towels and tissue are at the desk. A church nearby serves breakfast Monday thru Saturday.

The room was very dirty but beds were clean so much noise upstairs and out side banging all night the room waa cold did not warm up if i had not already paid we would of left

The room was horrible. Smelled of smoke. Cigarette burn holes in the sheets, shower curtain was nasty. Bed springs groaned as we got in. Needed a remodel.. i would not stay here again. It was very dirty outside . The room was clean in the main areas but they dont clean to the corners. Cob webs in the ceiling corners.

Makes the Bates Motel look like 4 Seasons! No towels, toilet paper, soap, no WiFi. Pictures to prove all of the above. Switches in “the bathroom are easily from the 1960’s or possibly earlier. Slept with one eye open. I’m not exaggerating the night stand has a blood stain for god’s sake. I sent messages to friends and family to check on me if they don’t hear from me tomorrow morning. When I asked for towels and toilet paper and soap I had to go to the front desk to get it. Sad part is the woman behind the counter was nice. They don’t even have a phone to call in the room. Only 15 channels 2 without sound and no ESPN or local news channels. Easily the worst experience i have ever had!!! Will never stay here again!!!

Three of the four people in our family fell on the wet (from being mopped) tile floor that would not dry all night. Staff was wonderfully kind and we appreciate that the room was freshly cleaned. There was standing water on the corridor floor by the stairs. Absolute fall hazards and not the best quality property, but expected for the price.

The booking page says FREE TOILETRIES and FREE WIFI IN ROOMS. Neither of these are true. Also - we had to ask for enough towels for all of us, and the front desk clerk was rude about that! We still only ended up with 3 towels instead of the 4 we requested. The shower sprayed water EVERYWHERE when turned on and flooded the bathroom even with the curtain closed! This stay was NOT worth the money...especially when you add the party going on that STARTED at about 2 am.

Terrible hotel. Blood stained sheets on bed, very uncomfortable bed, horrible pillows, dirty floors and bathroom, only 2 towels, no soap, shampoo, etc. And no ice machine on-site!!!

Absolutely disgusting! I don’t think this hotel has EVER been cleaned. Urine on the toilet, ********** in the shower, the bed looks like it’s been through the wringer, the refrigerator is disgusting. There is absolutely no way that this room was ever cleaned. Didn’t stay more than a second.
