국내 3성급 수준은 지방에서 2위이고 가격도 비싸지만 이 도시에 호텔은 더 이상 선택의 여지가 없다.

很不錯的酒店，服務熱情周到，部分房間可以看剛果河，泳池不錯，餐廳在泳池旁邊，早餐豐富，注意小鳥可能和你搶食喲，生態很好，強烈推薦！

I really love my country Congo, my country, and I am satisfied to see beautiful apartments. without a doubt I am not considering going to stay anywhere while in my house we have several Flat hotels, Restaurants, Super markets. almost everything we have here in Kinshasa Democratic Republic of Congo

This is an old hotel but it's quite well maintained especially considering the challenges there. The rooms are nice and comfortable with good bathrooms with adequate water pressure including hot water. The internet also works very well and swimming pool area is lively and animated. Breakfast is awesome! My only negative comments are that the carpets in the hallways need to be immediately replaced as they are very dirty and smelly; and there are many equipment in the fitness that are not working or in very bad condition.

I booked 2 nights at $275 a night. When my guest checked in, the reception made him pay full price $600 a night. Was able to negotiate the 2nd night for 300. ******* rep tried to help, but the language barrier didn’t help.

Most of the personal especially in dining section are rude . The gym is a mess , very dangerous. Outdated equipments and holes in the floor!!!

First time visited Kinshasa with my friend for business meetings and we have chosen the hotel. Very friendly staff specially the Reception team. We had great time. Breakfast is amazing. Very clean rooms and tasty food in restaurant and bar. Highly recommended

Great 5 star hotel with a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes - from Japanese to local and international. Enjoyed some meals by the pool area. It gets very loud on Friday with live music. Great breakfast on offer

I have enjoyed the breakfast. It is so incredible that on a Sunday morning, the waiter/waitresses are all smiling and ready to serve. They proves to be well trained and kept on being available on each tables. Not talking about the food, Top Top!

Love the service here always predicable with a smile. For me this hotel is a like a home away from home . Special mentio front office and sales @cady @elda @laura@ Diego ( room service ) Resturant @danny. I once left my laptop bag in the Resturant and realised it much later only to be pleasantly surprised that one of the folks from the Okapi Resturant picked it up and kept it aside for me so it’s also safest & secure hotel in Kinshsha . Many of the frontline staff speak very good English making it easy for visitors to engage. Overall the best choice for business travellers in Kinshsha ! More power to you guys !! 💕💕

Very bad Service for any help needed..since last 2 days of chexk IN TV not working.. Finally technician removed the TV and never came back. Difficult to connect with Guest Helpline..Noone attend to calls. Told them to put paper on toilet glass wall but Noone turned up

I liked everything about this hotel

Of 'the' two hotels in Kinshasa (the other is the old Kempinski hotel, now called the Fleuve Congo), this is by far the better of the two. A far more relaxed atmosphere, a better menu and a much nicer pool area. Things like wifi work fine, laundry service is good and the fresh juice counter at breakfast is first rate.

İf you come and want something from the bar, find Don-Salem, he will help you for sure. Btw i have to mention Fabrice, Grace, Philly and Sossie they are also helpful. Otherwise you can wait for your order a little longer
