Supermarket, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 1 km, sandy beach "Emmerauenpark" 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, lake Schiedersee 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, minigolf 3 km, riding stable 3 km. Hiking paths: ab ca. 200 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. 3-room apartment 80 m2 on 1st floor. Modern and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, satellite TV and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm).
