Everything below average except food. Nothing from housekeeping. Location is good but they must provide basic amenities with room. They might be loosing customers because of bad service

Hotel stay was pathetic.Management was pathetic.Manager Lokesh has no manners to speak.Never stay in this hotel.Food is all the more pathetic.There is no management to whom you cab raise your concern as staff is just not trained to work in hospitality serviceZ

Had a terrible experience at Hotel Leo Fort. Despite submitting our IDs, the receptionist denied our stay, citing a no-unmarried couples policy, which was never mentioned during booking. It was late at night, and my fiancée was unwell, yet the staff was rude and unhelpful. No manager was available, and the receptionist refused to assist, directing us to MakeMyTrip instead. This hotel lacks professionalism and transparency. Avoid at all costs—they scam genuine travelers with hidden policies and zero hospitality. Do not trust this place!

Hotel doesn't have basic facilities like show shiner, comb, iron and food quality is very pathetic. Washroom is very outdated and properly not cleaned, i will not recommend this hotel at this price point staff behavior was also not good.
