Not so good experience, rooms were not good size and also was not clean.

I booked four rooms at Hotel Millenia Regency after checking online reviews, but our experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Here’s why: 1. Non-Functional AC & Clueless Staff: The central AC was not working in all four rooms, and the staff had no idea why. To our shock, most of the technicians and support staff were on leave due to Holi—a peak vacation and business season. It took them 2.5 hours to resolve the issue and relocate us to other rooms, which had their own problems. 2. Severe Mosquito Problem: Upon entering the rooms, we found them full of dead mosquitoes due to repellent spray. The area has a huge mosquito issue, making the stay uncomfortable. 3. Rooms Not Prepared: The rooms did not seem properly cleaned before our arrival. It felt like they simply straightened the linen and handed over the keys. 4. Unhelpful Management: The manager, Mr. Ram, initially seemed cooperative but was not helpful. When we raised concerns, the discussion escalated into an argument, and he bluntly told us to either give them more time or check out. This was unacceptable, especially since we were traveling with kids and senior citizens. While he later came with an apology, by that time, we had no energy left to debate further. 5. Aging Infrastructure: The property feels old and poorly maintained. There are seepage issues on the walls, and the furniture has expanded and deteriorated due to moisture. 6. Mediocre Breakfast & Poor Service: The complimentary breakfast was below average—the food was cold, refills were slow, and basic items like tea cups were missing. Worse, nonfunctional electric equipment was lying around on the buffet table, adding to the mess. Overall Verdict This hotel is overhyped, overpriced, and lacks quality service. The experience does not justify the high tariff they charge. The ambience was dull and unwelcoming, making our stay unpleasant. We originally planned to stay for 2 nights but checked out after just 1 night due to these issues. We moved to another hotel near Hazratganj, which charged less yet offered a far superior experience with a positive and welcoming vibe. I would not recommend Hotel Millenia Regency to anyone. Save your money and find a better place to stay!

We stayed in millennia regency hotel Lucknow .hotel was beautiful as per location . food and Beverage team helping and careful specially in room dinning team. breakfast was good special thanks vishal ,Dinesh and anup but little front desk team need to be improve.

Staff are very welcoming and attentive food is tasty , Mr Naushad and Ms Komal are very polite and helping nature in front office swimming pool area very nice and very clen This hotel is best hotel in my life This hotel food is very healthy and testy

Visited this hotel on a family social event trip recently, but to my Dismay things were not as expected. I was informed of a great hotel, but start from the approach from the main road, services, food, Department response for the basic needs or requirement, everything was just below standards. Cleanliness was the main issue, be it the overlooking the window balcony, rooms, linen, etc. and no hot water for all the days, followed by the food taste and service standards. Even at the function, the items were just served cold or dumped. even after reminding politely, no responsible person was there around to correct it or genuinely present there to get it corrected. so whatever it there you just have to go with that was the overall attitude. We had almost all the functions with this hotel, but were unable to really enjoy our stay.
