Room was dirty: walls were dusty, stains on curtains, cup rings on countertops. Shower tiles dirty and gaps between tiles…ick!!

The hotel was clean and the amenities were great. The continental breakfast was restaurant quality food.

Very enjoyable experience all around. We did not try breakfast but it smelled good and the area was kept spotless. If we come back this way we'll stay here for sure.

Sometimes experiencing excellent execution can mimic the feeling of luxury. The Front Desk countertop had mini-cabinet filled with rows of soft Otis Spunkmeyers. That could not have been more perfect for an arrival after 9 hours of driving. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was attentive, and there were good local food options. Breakfast included had plenty of options. I needed to print something, so I visited their business center room. With all the electronic equipment you need, it was also a rare business nook that actually has all the appropriate accoutrements, e.g. scissors, stapler, tape, white out, etc. Grade A attention to detail all around made for an excellent visit!

We had the king suite on the top floor, the tub was not cleaned as you could see the soap scum ring and there was short black hair in the tub very gross! The front of the tub also had the facing falling off- My husband ended up cleaning it so we could use it! And sanitized it with pretty our whole bottle of sanitizer out of the car. Microwave had food in it which not horrible but expected it to be better! Tissue box was empty and no extra in room. 2 tvs but only 1 remote? Pillows definitely not designed for support or comfort. Breakfast was dry and over cooked to say the least- we ended up going out and leaving the room 2 hours early.

Janet was at the front desk when we arrived. She was so kind and helpful. She suggested a fun place for us to walk to for dinner. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the Dove bathroom products. I appreciated the 24 hour fitness center. Very nice breakfast and the "cook" was friendly and pleasant.

The hotel was fine overall but did seem to be a bit musty. I've stayed here before and don't recall it being musty. The employees were not that friendly though. No smiles or hello's when I walked in and out over the three days. It seemed like I was bothering them. They seemed preoccupied or they couldn't care less if I was staying there or not. and they were not very busy.

This is one of the very best hotels we have stayed at! I highly recommend it and the area!

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room service lady was rude.
