The room was fine but unfortunately the air con was on all night and was very noisy with a humming sound, we could not turn it off, do not book room 132, not sure if it was just our room and the generator was above our door, also we could not open our window so if there was a fire outside our door we were stuffed

We have stayed at this Premier hotel in Lowestoft many times we were very disappointed this time, we stayed for two nights and we had no hot water in the basin in the bathroom, complained twice to reception but nothing was done we got fed up boiling kettles to fill the basin up, no response from Premier Inn at all after leaving a review on their website so we are very disappointed 😑 😞

The staff and rooms are excellent, nothing is too much for them especially Abbey on reception, she always remembers me and is an absolute credit to the hotel, the housekeeping lady who was on shift who's name I didn't get was fantastic as always

Basic but good value for money ,bar and restaurant look a bit tatty could do with a refurbish. Staff saved our stay with their assistance and attitude. Food basic but good value, wines though selection poor and some of those offered not very good.

Visited in the half term with my older children and husband to see some relatives - enjoyable stay and friendly staff - Beefeater restaurant was also a hit with us all Special mention to Karen, Jayne and Damien who were extremely helpful and knowledgable about the local area and amenities - will visit again,

Karen and Jayne at reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and in great spirits. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was in great condition. Their warm smiles and exceptional service truly made my stay special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommended!

Great smile on Reception from Jayne and Karen. Lovely welcome and laughter is always what you need after a long day at work! Hotel clean, tidy, great vibe. Close to all major roads around the area. Hotel is next door to the beefeater with great menu and reception team can book the table for you!

Abbie the receptionist was absolutely wonderful. So welcoming and helpful. The room was great, super clean, comfortable bed and excellent value for money. Certainly the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in and I will definitely be returning when I’m next in Lowestoft.
