They put customer luggage unattended in the hotel alley without any cover nor not even in a room.
And the welcoming biscuits are half open . That meant they don’t even check and renew all the amenities for the customers.
The front office people are rude and unhelpful.
We paid £250 per night for bed and breakfast in exchange something for that. We can get way better service in London Central area.
Thank you but it is not a friendly hotel to Chinese customers.
