로우어 팩스턴 타운쉽 호텔 예약

우리는 Hershey에서 콘서트에 갔을 때 밤을 예약했습니다. 깨끗하고 확인할 때 직원들이 친절했습니다. 그러나 우리는 아침 식사 중에 약간 소름이 돋았습니다. 우리는 아침 식사 공간에 내려갔고 음식이 거의 없었습니다. 그들은 기계에 주스가 없었고 한 여성이 모든 고객에게 아침 식사가 끝났다고 계속 말했습니다. 우리가 거기에 앉아 있던 작은 것을 먹고, 한 무리가 와서 앉았습니다. 담당한 여성은 이 모든 아침 식사를 꺼내 테이블에 올려서 먹었다. 거절당한 고객에게 제공될 수 있었던 것 같은 음식이었습니다. 우리는 계속 쳐다보았고 그 여성이 와서 직원들이 먹이를 받고 있다고 말했고 우리가 그 음식을 원하면 음식을 사러 갈 수 있다고 말했습니다. 그녀는 고객에게 봉사할 수 없는 인도 음식이라고 말했습니다. 우리의 의견은 고객이 거절당한 것은 그녀의 가족이 음식을 제공한다는 것입니다. 이 상황에 대한 좋은 모습이나 느낌이 아닙니다. 그 외에는 즐거운 숙박이었습니다

수표는 끔찍했습니다. 그들은 내 예약이 취소되었고 더 이상 객실이 없다고 말했습니다. 신용 카드 사람과 여행의 증거와 증거를 위해 trip.com에 전화해야했습니다. Com은 그들에게 전화를 걸어 지불이 이루어졌다고 말했습니다. 그들은 trip.com과 이야기한 후 거절되었다고 말했습니다. 그러나 그들은 체크아웃할 때 내 카드가 다시 청구되어 분쟁이 발생했습니다. 프런트 데스크는 끔찍하다고 말했습니다. 내 뒤에서 그들은 카드가 이전 사람으로 거절되지 않았지만 그들은 아니지 그들이 이야기하고 있던 것은 내 사촌이라고 그녀는 나중에 문제가 해결 된 후 나에게 이것을 말했습니다. 그 호텔에 다시 가지 않을 것입니다.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is great for coming in and out of Harrisburg city. Loved the breakfast and the dining room.

The hotel was a good location near the exit. The front lobby was updated decor, but the rooms/bathrooms were old style. They were clean though. We were too tired to check out the pool. The breakfast had a good variety of foods, hot and cold. I would stay there again.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.

이 호텔은 Hilton이나 Howard Johnson 또는 Econologge n과 같은 다른 호텔에 가는 것보다 낫습니다. 객실이 내가 여행하는 다른 많은 호텔보다 깨끗하다는 사실에 놀랐습니다.

호텔은 훌륭한 환경과 훌륭한 서비스를 가지고 있으며 영양가 있고 맛있는 아침 식사로 매우 만족합니다. 맞은편에 대형 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다.

Clean and nice hotel. Beds seemed smaller than advertised. Breakfast was ok. Overall a good experience.
