Our large Pelican Walk condo comes with two free beach chairs seasonally March thru October. The condo has 1650 square feet of indoor space and 300 sq feet of balcony. It has three large bedrooms and 2 full baths including a walk in shower and a tub/shower combo. The extra large corner balcony on the 8th floor has amazing sunset views year round without obstructions. The balcony is the favorite spot of many of our guests. Pelican Walk is beautifully landscaped with two pools, one is heated seasonally, and a hot tub. The complex is pet friendly (under 20#). We are located on the preferred quieter east end of PCB which is close to St. Andrews Park on Thomas Dr. We have many returning visitors each year and enjoy sharing our condo with our guests!About pets:Pets allowed: less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Pets under 20 pounds only.
